      标题:QCC质控护理管理措施在消毒供应中心护理管理中的应用

      【摘要】 目的 研究品管圈(QCC)质控护理管理措施在消毒供应中心护理管理中的应用效果。方法 2019年6月至2020年1月期间(实施后)在空军军医大学第三附属医院消毒供应中心护理管理中实施QCC质控护理管理措施,本期品管圈活动圈名为健卫圈。并于2018年10月至2019年5月实施前进行对照分析,实施前后分别选取纸塑包装物品191件,无纺布包装物品169件,共计360件,对其进行清洗消毒、包装、灭菌以及发放,同时对消毒供应中心实施前13名护理人员及实施后19名护理人员的满意度进行电子问卷抽查,记录并比较在实施前后消毒供应中心消毒物品质量(清洗消毒、包装、灭菌、发放)、消毒供应中心不良事件发生情况及消毒供应中心护理人员的满意度。结果 QCC实施前消毒供应物品的清洗消毒合格率、包装合格率、灭菌合格率、发放合格率分别为 77.78%、81.11%、85.56%、87.22%,明显低于QCC实施后的97.78%、98.33%、97.22%、98.89%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);QCC实施前消毒供应中心不良事件发生率为2.50%,明显高于实施后的0.28%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);QCC实施前消毒供应中心护理人员的满意度为61.54%,明显低于实施后的94.74%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 QCC质控护理管理措施在消毒供应中心护理管理中的应用,能有效地提高消毒供应中心物品的质量,降低不良事件的发生率,提高消毒供应中心护理人员的满意度,具有临床应用价值。

Application of QCC quality control nursing management measures in nursing management of DisinfectionSupply Center.

【Abstract】 Objective To study the application effect of quality control nursing management measures of quali-ty control circle (QCC) in the nursing management of Disinfection Supply Center. Methods From June 2019 to Janu-ary 2020 (after implementation), QCC quality control nursing management measures were implemented in the nursingmanagement of Disinfection Supply Center, the Third Affiliated Hospital of the Air Force Military Medical University,and the activity was called the health circle. The time period from October 2018 to May 2019 (before implementation ofQCC quality control nursing management measures) was selected for comparative analysis, during which routine man-agement was adopted. Before and after implementation, 191 paper plastic packaging items and 169 non-woven packag-ing items were selected, totaling 360 items. The items were cleaned, disinfected, packaged, sterilized, and distributed. Atthe same time, the satisfaction of the 13 nursing staff before implementation and the 19 nursing staff after implementa-tion of the Disinfection Supply Center was evaluated by electronic questionnaires. The quality of disinfected articles(cleaning and disinfection, packaging, sterilization, distribution), the occurrence of adverse events in the disinfection sup-ply center, and the satisfaction of nursing staff in the Disinfection Supply Center were recorded and compared before andafter the implementation. Results The qualified rates of cleaning and disinfection, packaging, sterilization, and distribu-tion of disinfection supplies before the implementation of QCC were 77.78%, 81.11%, 85.56%, and 87.22%, which weresignificantly lower than 97.78%, 98.33%, 97.22%, and 98.89% after the implementation of QCC (P<0.05). The inci-dence of adverse events in the Disinfection Supply Center before the implementation of QCC was 2.50%, significantlyhigher than 0.28% after the implementation (P<0.05). The satisfaction of nurses in the Disinfection Supply Center beforethe implementation of QCC was 61.54%, which was significantly lower than 94.74% after the implementation (P<0.05).Conclusion The application of QCC quality control nursing management measures in the nursing management of theDisinfection Supply Center can effectively improve the quality of articles in the Disinfection Supply Center, reduce theincidence of adverse events, and improve the satisfaction of nurses in the disinfection supply center, which has clinicalapplication value.
