标题：结肠癌患者组织中NCAPD2、Lnc RNA NR2F1-AS1、Nup107表达及其与预后的关系

      【摘要】 目的 探究结肠癌患者组织中染色体凝缩蛋白复合物I的亚基D2 (NCAPD2)、Lnc RNA核受体亚家族2F组成员1-反义RNA1 (Lnc RNA NR2F1-AS1)、核孔蛋白107 (Nup107)的表达及其与患者预后的关系。方法 选择2017年6月至 2019年 6月在广州中医药大学第一附属医院及暨南大学附属广州市红十字会医院进行根治性切除术的 60例结肠癌患者作为研究对象，术中采集患者的结肠癌组织标本和距离结肠癌组织>2 cm的癌旁正常组织标本。采用实时荧光定量PCR (RT-PCR)法测定结肠癌组织和癌旁组织的Lnc RNANR2F1-AS1表达水平，采用免疫组化SP法测定结肠癌组织和癌旁组织的NCAPD2和Nup107表达情况。比较结肠癌组织和癌旁组织的Lnc RNANR2F1-AS1、NCAPD2、Nup107表达情况，同时比较Lnc RNANR2F1-AS1、NCAPD2、Nup107不同表达患者的临床资料。采用 COX回归模型分析 Lnc RNA NR2F1-AS1、NCAPD2、Nup107表达对结肠癌患者预后的影响，采用Kaplan-Meier法绘制结肠癌患者的生存曲线，分析Lnc RNA NR2F1-AS1、NCAPD2、Nup107表达情况与结肠癌患者预后的相关性。结果 结肠癌组织的Lnc RNANR2F1-AS1相对表达量为1.09±0.28，明显低于癌旁组织的0.69±0.09，结肠癌组织的Lnc RNANR2F1-AS1高表达率、NCAPD2阳性率和Nup107高表达率分别为55.00%、61.67%和70.00%，明显高于癌旁组织的26.67%、30.00%和31.67%，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)；Lnc RNANR2F1-AS1高表达和低表达患者、NCAPD2阳性患者和阴性患者、Nup107高表达患者和低表达患者在肿瘤分化程度、浸润程度、淋巴结转移和远端转移方面比较，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)；COX回归分析结果显示，Lnc RNA NR2F1-AS1、NCAPD2和Nup107表达均是结肠癌患者预后的影响因素(P<0.05)；Kaplan-Meier生存曲线分析结果显示，LncRNANR2F1-AS1高表达、NCAPD2阳性和Nup107高表达患者的中位生存期分别低于Lnc RNANR2F1-AS1低表达、NCAPD2阴性和Nup107低表达患者，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 Lnc RNA NR2F1-AS1、NCAPD2、Nup107的表达与结肠癌患者的肿瘤分化程度、浸润程度、淋巴结转移和远端转移等临床病理特征有关，三者可能共同参与了结肠癌的发生、发展，对患者的预后造成一定影响。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expression of non-SMC condensin I complex subunit D2 (NCAPD2),long non-coding RNA nuclear receptor subfamily 2F-1 group F member 1-antisense RNA1 (Lnc RNANR2F1-AS1), nu-clear porin 107 (Nup107) in colon cancer and their relationship with prognosis.Methods Sixty patients with colon can-cer who underwent radical resection in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine andGuangzhou Red Cross Hospital Affiliated to Jinan University from June 2017 to June 2019 were selected as the researchobjects. During the operation, samples of colon cancer tissues and normal tissues adjacent to the cancer >2 cm from thecolon cancer tissues were collected. The expression levels of Lnc RNA NR2F1-AS1 in colon cancer and adjacent tissueswere measured by real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR (RT-PCR), and the expressions of NCAPD2 and Nup107 incolon cancer and adjacent tissues were measured by immunohistochemical SP method. The expressions of Lnc RNANR2F1-AS1, NCAPD2, Nup107 in colon cancer tissues and adjacent tissues were compared, and the clinical medical re-cords of patients with different expressions of Lnc RNA NR2F1-AS1, NCAPD2, Nup107 were compared. Cox regres-sion model was used to analyze the effect of the expression of Lnc RNA NR2F1-AS1, NCAPD2, Nup107 on the progno-
