标题：莫沙必利联合针灸疗法治疗糖尿病性胃轻瘫疗效观察

      【摘要】 目的 观察莫沙必利联合针灸疗法治疗糖尿病性胃轻瘫(DGP)患者的临床疗效。方法 将佛山市第五人民医院内三科于2017年7月至2018年6月收治的128例DGP患者作为研究对象，按照随机数表法分为观察组和对照组，每组64例。对照组采用莫沙必利治疗，观察组则采用针灸疗法联合莫沙必利治疗，治疗4周后比较两组患者的血糖水平、胃固体排空时间以及中医症状积分的变化，同时比较两组患者的临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果 治疗前，两组患者在血糖水平、胃固体排空时间以及各项中医症状积分方面比较，差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)；治疗后，两组患者的血糖水平、胃固体排空时间和各项中医症状积分均明显低于治疗前，且观察组患者治疗后的血糖水平、胃固体排空时间和各项中医症状积分均明显低于同期对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组患者的治疗总有效率为 84.38%，明显高于对照组的 67.19%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组患者在治疗期间的不良反应发生率为 1.56%，明显低于对照组的 10.94%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 莫沙必利联合针灸疗法能够有效改善糖尿病性胃轻瘫患者餐后饱胀、嗳气、上腹胀痛、恶心呕吐等临床症状，其疗效明显优于单纯使用莫沙必利治疗。

Effect of mosapride combined with acupuncture in treating patients with diabetic gastroparesis.

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the curative effect of mosapride combined with acupuncture in treating pa-tients with diabetic gastroparesis (DGP). Methods A total of 128 patients with DGP admitted in the Third Departmentof Internal Medicine, the Fifth People's Hospital of Foshan City from July 2017 to June 2018 were selected as the re-search subjects. According to the random number table, they were divided into observation group and control group,with 64 cases in each group. The control group was treated with mosapride, while the observation group was treatedwith acupuncture therapy combined with mosapride. After 4 weeks of treatment, the changes of blood glucose level,the gastric emptying time, and the Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) symptom score were compared between thetwo groups, and the clinical efficacy and adverse reaction of the two groups were compared. Results Before treat-ment, there were no significant differences in blood glucose level, gastric emptying time and TCM symptom scoresbetween the two groups (P>0.05). After treatment, the blood glucose level, the gastric emptying time and the TCMsymptom score between the two groups were obviously lower than those before the treatment. The blood glucose lev-el, the gastric emptying time and each TCM symptom scores of the patients in the observation group were significant-ly lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The total effectiverate of the observation group was 84.38%, which was significantly higher than 67.19% of the control group (P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 1.56% during the treatment period, which was signifi-cantly lower than 10.94% in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Acupuncture therapy combined with mo-sapride can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of diabetic gastroparesis, such as postprandial fullness, belch-ing, abdominal distention and pain, nausea and vomiting, and its curative effect is obviously better than that of simpleuse of mosapride.
