标题：中性粒细胞/淋巴细胞与原发性高血压关系的研究进展

      【摘要】 原发性高血压是人群中最常见的心血管疾病，严重影响着患者的生存质量。研究表明，炎症因素参与了高血压的发生发展过程。近年来，中性粒细胞/淋巴细胞作为一种新型的反映系统性炎症的指标，并具有简单、方便、廉价的特点。但相关研究显示，其与高血压的关系尚不明确，所以成为目前的研究热点。现将从吸烟、血压水平、血压昼夜节律、并发症、预后及展望等方面将中性粒细胞/淋巴细胞与原发性高血压的研究进展做一综述。

Research progress in the relationship between neutrophil/lymphocyte and essential hypertension.

Qinghai University Affiliated Hospital,Xining 810000, Qinghai, CHINA【Abstract】 Essential hypertension is the most common cardiovascular disease in the population, which seriouslyaffects the quality of life of patients. Studies have shown that inflammatory factors are involved in the occurrence and devel-opment of hypertension. In recent years, neutrophil/lymphocyte, as a new index reflecting systemic inflammation, is charac-terized by simplicity, convenience and low cost. However, studies have shown that the relationship between hypertensionand hypertension is not clear. Now from the aspects of smoking, blood pressure, circadian rhythm of blood pressure, com-plications, prognosis, and prospect, the research progress in neutrophil/lymphocyte and hypertension was reviewed.
