      标题:循环miRNA与炎症性疾病关系的研究进展

      【摘要】 循环RNA是存在于人及动植物体液中的胞外RNA,包含miRNA、mRNA和其他类型RNA。miRNA是一类进化上高度保守的非编码小分子RNA,通过与靶mRNA的3'端的非编码区进行特异性的碱基配对,导致其降解或翻译抑制,从而在转录后水平发挥对靶基因表达的调节作用。国内外许多研究均发现 miRNA与炎症性疾病存在着密切的关系。本文就近年来循环miRNA与炎症性疾病关系的研究进展予以综述。

Research progress on the relationship between circulating miRNAs and inflammatory diseases.

Department of Gastroenterology, Affiliated Hospital of Guangdong Medical University, Zhanjiang 524000, Guangdong,CHINA【Abstract】 Circulating RNA is an extracellular RNA present in human, animals and plants body fluids. It con-tains miRNA, mRNA, and other types of RNA. MicroRNAs (miRNAs) is a class of small, non-coding and evolutionari-ly highly conserved RNA molecules that post-transcriptionally regulate gene expression through sequence-specific inter-action with target messenger RNAs (mRNAs). MiRNAs primarily bind to the 3' untranslated region (UTR) of mRNAs toinhibit protein translation or cause mRNA degradation. Many studies have found that there is a close relationship be-tween miRNA and inflammatory diseases at home and abroad. This article reviews the recent advances in the relation-ship between circulating miRNAs and inflammatory diseases.
