      标题:继发性脊髓损伤微环境的研究进展

      【摘要】 随着现代社会的发展、方便快捷的交通和城市化的进程,脊髓损伤(SCI)的发病率逐年上升。脊髓不仅受扭伤、挫伤和骨折等原发性损伤的影响,后期继发性损伤在SCI病情的演变中亦扮演着重要的角色。本文就继发性SCI中涉及的微环境变化及其病理生理学机制做一简要综述。

Research progress in microenvironment of the secondary spinal cord injury.

The spinal cord is affected not only by primary injuries such assprains, contusions and fractures, but also secondary injury in the late stage in the evolution of SCI. This article brieflyreviews the change of microenvironment and its pathophysiological mechanism involved in secondary SCI.
