      标题:我院血液内科2015年白血病患者发病情况分析

      【摘要】 目的 初步了解我院白血病患者发病情况,并分析白血病分布规律及流行病学特征。方法 通过填报统一登记表,分析2015年新诊断、年龄≥14岁的白血病患者发病情况。结果 2015年遵义医学院附属医院血液内科共确诊白血病132例,男女性别比为1.36:1,其中急性髓系白血病(AML)、急性淋巴细胞白血病(ALL)和慢性髓系白血病(CML)分别为90例、17例和25例,其男女性别比为1.29:1、1.83:1和0.79:1,成人白血病发病高峰年龄为40~79岁,占68.9%。春夏秋冬四季白血病分别有40例(30.3%)、34例(25.8%)、33例(25.0%)和25例(18.9%),各类型白血病春季发患者数较多。结论 不同性别、年龄、季节白血病发病存在差异,白血病各亚型发病情况有差异。

Analysis of the incidence of leukemia patients in the Department of Hematology at our hospital in 2015.

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the incidence of leukemia patients in our hospital, and to analyze the dis-tribution and epidemiological characteristics of leukemia. Methods By completing a unified registration form, an anal-ysis was performed on the incidence of newly diagnosed leukemia patients aged≥14-years-old in 2015. Results A to-tal of 132 cases of adult leukemia were diagnosed in the Department of Hematology in the Affiliated Hospital of ZunyiMedical University in 2015, with the male/female ratio of 1.36:1, among which acute myeloid leukemia (AML), acutelymphocytic leukemia (ALL) and chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) were 90 cases, 17 cases and 25 cases, respectively,in the ratio of male/female of 1.29:1, 1.83:1 and 0.79:1, respectively. The peak age of adult leukemia was 40-79 years,accounting for 68.9%. There were 40 cases (30.3%), 34 cases (25.8%), 33 cases (25.0%) and 25 cases (18.9%) of adultleukemia in spring, summer, autumn and winter, respectively. All types of adult leukemia were more common in spring.Conclusion There are differences in the incidence of adult leukemia in different gender, age, season, and the incidenceof leukemia subtypes is different.
