      【摘要】 目的 探讨脂肪来源的基质血管成分细胞(SVF)在面部年轻化中的应用效果。方法 选取2015年4月至2016年11月期间来长春海峡医学美容医院改善面部年轻化的40例女性为研究对象,按照简单随机抽样法分为治疗组和对照组,每组20例,两组患者均接受常规治疗,治疗组接受SVF辅助脂肪移植治疗,对照组接受单纯脂肪移植,比较两组患者面部除皱及并发症情况,并采用专业的皮肤图像分析系统对患者治疗前后的皱纹,纹理进行监测,并对所有数据进行统计学分析。结果 治疗前,治疗组的老化评分为(2.95±0.308)分,皱纹评分为(65.75±0.654)分,纹理评分为(52.48±0.356)分,斑点评分为(63.56±0.635)分;对照组老化评分为(2.95±0.224)分;皱纹评分为(64.63±0.864)分,纹理评分为(51.56±0.421)分,斑点评分为(35.44±0.345)分。治疗后,治疗组老化评分为(0.95±0.515)分,皱纹评分为(41.65±0.425)分,纹理评分为(30.46±0.451)分,斑点评分为(49.56±0.654)分;对照组老化评分为(2.05±0.510)分,皱纹评分为(48.73±0.542)分,纹理评分为(35.44±0.345)分,斑点评分为(56.35±0.541)分。治疗前后对照组的老化评分和斑点评分比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗前后对照组的皱纹评分、纹理评分比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后治疗组患者的老化评分、皱纹评分、纹理评分均低于治疗前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),但治疗前后的斑点评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,治疗组面部老化评分低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组面部斑点评分、皱纹评分和纹理评分比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 SVF细胞辅助脂肪移植技术一定程度上可改善皮肤状态,尤其在皮肤斑点及皮肤毛孔的改善方面效果更好。

Application of adipose-derived stromal vascular component cells assisted fat transplantation in facialrejuvenation.

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effects of adipose-derived stromal vascular cells (SVF) in facial reju-venation. Methods A total of 40 female patients, who wanted to improve facial rejuvenation in Changchun Strait Medi-cal Beauty Hospital from April 2015 to November 2016, were selected and dvided into the treatment group and the con-trol group according to random number table method, with 20 cases in each group. Both groups received conventionaltreatment. The patients in the treatment group received SVF-assisted fat transplantation, and the patients in control groupreceived simple fat transplantation. Facial wrinkles and complications were compared between the two groups. The wrin-kles and textures were monitored by using a professional skin image analysis system before and after the treatment. Alldata were statistical analyzed. Results Before the treatment, the scores of ageing, wrinkle, texture, spot in the treatmentgroup were (2.95±0.308) points, (65.75±0.654) points, (52.48±0.356) points, (63.56±0.635) points, respectively, and thescores in the control group were (2.95±0.224) points, (64.63±0.864) points, (51.56±0.421) points, (35.44±0.345) points,respectively. After the treatment, the scores of ageing, wrinkle, texture, spot in the treatment group were (0.95±0.515)points, (41.65 ± 0.425) points, (30.46 ± 0.451) points, (49.56 ± 0.654) points, respectively, Versus (2.05 ± 0.510) points,(48.73±0.542) points, (35.44±0.345) points, (56.35±0.541) points in the control group. Before and after the treatment,the differences of the ageing score and the spot score in the control group were not statistically significant (P>0.05); thedifferences of the wrinkle score and the texture score in the control group were statistically significant (P<0.05). For thetreatment group, the scores of ageing, wrinkle, texture after the treatment was significantly lower than those before treat-ment (P<0.05); but there was no significant difference in the scores of wrinkle and the texture score after and before thetreatment (P>0.05). After the treatment, the ageing score in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in thecontrol group (P<0.05); there was no significant difference in the wrinkle score, the texture score, and the spot score inthe two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion SVF cell-assisted fat transplantation technology can improve skin conditions tosome degree, especially in skin spots and skin pores.
