标题：FOLFOX方案治疗局部进展期或转移性胃癌的临床观察

      【摘要】 目的 观察奥沙利铂(L-OHP)联合亚叶酸钙(CF)及5-氟尿嘧啶(5-Fu) (FOLFOX方案)对局部进展期
或转移性胃癌的疗效及毒副反应。方法 奥沙利铂(L-OHP) 85 mg/m2静滴2 h第1天，亚叶酸钙(CF) 200 mg/m2静
滴2 h第1天，5-Fu 400 mg/m2静推紧随亚叶酸钙后第1天，5-Fu 1 500 mg/m2微泵持续静滴46 h。每2周为1个周
期，连用4个周期评价疗效。结果 CR 1例(4.3%)，PR 8例(34.8%)，SD 10例(43.5%)，PD 4例(17.4%)，总有效率为
39.1%。中位TTP为 5.4个月，中位生存期为 10.6个月。Ⅲ、Ⅳ度不良反应为白细胞减少 3例(13.0%)，贫血 1例
(4.3%)，恶心呕吐1例(4.3%)，感觉神经毒性2例(8.7%)。结论 FOLFOX方案治疗晚期胃癌疗效肯定，副反应较
轻，患者耐受性好。

br>Clinical efficacy of FOLFOX regimen in the treatment of locally advanced or metastatic gastric cancer.

【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinical efficacy of FOLFOX regimen, oxaliplatin (L-OHP) combined
with fluorouracil (5-Fu) and calcium folinate (CF), in the treatment of locally advanced or metastatic gastric cancer.
Methods All the patients were treated with L-OHP 85 mg/m2 i.v. 2 h and CF 200 mg/m2 i.v. 2 h, followed by 5-Fu
400 mg/m2 i.v. on day 1, and then 5-Fu 1 500 mg/m2 c.i.v. 46 h, every 2 weeks, for four cycles. Results Of the 23 pa-
tients, one case (4.3%) reached complete remission (CR), 8 cases (34.8%) reached partial remission (PR), 10 cases
(43.5%) reached stable disease (SD), and 4 cases (17.4%) reached progressive disease (PD). The overall response rate
was 39.1%. The median TTP and median survival time was 5.4 months and 10.6 months, respectively. The grade 3 and
4 adverse reactions included leukopenia in 3 cases (13.0%), anaemia in 1 case (4.3%), nausea and vomiting in 1 case
(4.3%), and neurotoxicity in 2 cases (8.7%). Conclusion The FOLFOX regimen is effective for treating locally ad-
vanced or metastatic gastric cancer, with no severe adverse reactions and good patient tolerance.
