      标题:2012年与2017年昆山市学龄前儿童营养和贫血状况调查

      【摘要】 目的 调查2012年与2017年昆山市学龄前儿童营养和贫血状况,为高质量儿童保健服务规范制定提供依据。方法 整群抽取2012年27 448名、2017年43 246名在昆山市妇幼保健机构进行体检的学龄前儿童,对其营养、贫血等健康监测结果进行分析。结果 2017年昆山市学龄前儿童低体质量、生长迟缓、消瘦检出率分别为0.47%、0.83%、0.89%,高于2012年的0.09%、0.10%、0.02%,差异均有显著统计学意义(P<0.01);2012年与2017年儿童肥胖检出率分别为 1.42%、3.82%,差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01);2012年与 2017年男童肥胖检出率分别为1.57%、4.62%,女童肥胖检出率分别为1.24%、2.87%,不同年份男童间、女童间肥胖检出率比较差异均有显著统计学意义(P<0.01);2012年与2017年男童贫血检出率分别为5.35%、4.79%,女童检出率分别为5.36%、4.84%,不同年份男童间、女童间贫血检出率比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 政府部门有关政策调整引起学龄前儿童营养不良的问题值得高度关注。

Survey of nutritional and anemia status of preschool children in Kunshan city in 2012 and 2017.

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the nutritional and anemia status of preschool children in Kunshancity in 2012 and 2017, and to provide a basis for the formulation of the standards for high-quality child care service.Methods Using the cluster sampling method, the data of 27 448 and 43 246 preschoolers in 2012 and 2017, respective-ly, who underwent physical examination at the maternal and child health institutions in Kunshan city were collected toanalyze the health monitoring results such as nutrition and anemia. Results The detection rates of low body mass,growth retardation and emaciation of preschool children in Kunshan city in 2017 were 0.47%, 0.83% and 0.89%, respec-tively, which were significantly higher than the corresponding 0.09%, 0.10% and 0.02% in 2012 (P<0.01). In 2012 and2017, the detection rate of childhood obesity was 1.42% and 3.82%, respectively, and the difference was statistically sig-nificant (P<0.01). The detection rate of obesity in boys in 2012 and 2017 was 1.57% and 4.62%, respectively; and that ingirls was 1.24% and 2.87%, respectively. There were statistically significant differences in the detection rate of obesityamong boys and among girls in different years (P<0.01). The detection rate of anemia in boys in 2012 and 2017 was5.35% and 4.79%, respectively; and that in girls was 5.36% and 4.84%, respectively. The differences were statisticallysignificant in the detection rate of anemia among boys and among girls in different years (P<0.05). Conclusion Theproblem of malnutrition in preschool children caused by policy adjustment deserve high attention.
