标题：半导体激光治疗轻型复发性阿弗他溃疡疗效的Meta分析

      【摘要】 目的 系统评价半导体激光治疗轻型复发性阿弗他溃疡(MiRAU)的疗效。方法 采用Cochrane系统评价方法，检索Cochrane图书馆、Embase、Medline/PubMed、CBM和CNKI数据库中关于半导体激光治疗MiRAU的临床随机对照试验，检索时间截止至 2017年 12月 31日，对文献进行筛选、资料提取和偏倚风险评估，采用Revman5.3对纳入研究进行Meta分析。结果 纳入的7个研究均报道MiRAU经半导体激光治疗后能够获得一定疗效。Meta分析发现，半导体激光治疗能够有效缓解 MiRAU患者的疼痛，术后第 2天 (MD=-2.73，95%CI：-3.15~-2.32)、术后第5天(MD=-2.47，95%CI：-3.75~-1.19)差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 半导体激光治疗MiRAU能够取得一定疗效，但今后还需纳入更多样本量大且偏倚风险低的随机对照试验，同时应进一步对半导体激光治疗MiRAU的具体参数进行统一，从而为临床治疗MiRAU提供指导。

Meta-analysis of the efficacy of diode laser therapy in the treatment of minor recurrent aphthous ulcers.

【Abstract】 Objective To systematically evaluate the efficacy of diode laser treatment for minor recurrent aph-thous ulcers (MiRAU). Methods According to the Cochrane review's method, an electronic search strategy was per-formed on Cochrane Central Library, Embase, Medline/PubMed, CBM and CNKI until 31 December 2017, to collectrandomized controlled trials about diode laser treatment for MiRAU. Literature screening, data extraction and bias riskassessment were performed on these trials. RevMan5.3 was applied for meta-analysis. Results All the included sevenstudies found diode laser could be effective in the treatment of MiRAU. Meta-analysis showed that diode laser therapycan effectively relieve the pain of MiRAU patients (at day 2: MD=-2.73, 95% CI: -3.15 to -2.32, P<0.05; at day 5:MD=-2.47, 95%CI: -3.75 to -1.19, P<0.05). Conclusion Diode laser therapy is effective in the treatment of MiRAU,but in the future, more randomized controlled trials with larger sample size and low bias risk should be included. At thesame time, the parameters of diode laser therapy for MiRAU should be further unified, so as to provide guidance for theclinical treatment of MiRAU.
