      标题:MA120微生物鉴定药敏分析系统在基层医院微生物检验中的应用

      【摘要】 目的 评价MA120微生物鉴定药敏分析系统在临床微生物鉴定和药物敏感性测定中的应用效果。方法 收集上海市临床检验中心2017年度的室间质评菌株10株及上海市普陀区中医医院2017年1~12月间的临床57株常见菌株,用MA120按操作规程进行鉴定与药敏检测,结果与法国梅里埃ATB鉴定及药敏分析系统进行比对分析。结果 两种微生物鉴定仪对常见菌种鉴定符合率为94.7%,菌属符合率为99.9%;测定结果的误差临床均可以接受。MA120药敏卡涵盖常见的抗生素,药敏测定结果与ATB测定结果相符。除弧菌(ATB鉴定结果为溶藻弧菌,美华MA120无法做出鉴定)外,其余菌株均鉴定正确。结论 MA120在常见临床微生物的鉴定与药敏中的应用具有较好的效果,鉴定细菌种类涵盖临床常见的致病菌,且具有的药敏抗生素种类齐全,并可根据美国临床和实验室标准协会的建议及临床需求及时完善,应用灵活。

      【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the efficacy of identification and drug test in clinical microbiology byMA120 Microbial Identification and Antibiotic Susceptibility Testing System. Methods A total of 10 strains of exter-nal quality assessment from Shanghai Clinical Laboratory Center in 2017 and 57 common strains from Shanghai PutuoDistrict TCM Hospital from January 2017 to December 2017 were collected and identified by MA120 according to thestandard operating procedures. The results were compared with the results identified by ATB? test strips (France).Results The coincidence rate of two kinds of microbial identification systems for bacterium species and genus wererespectively 94.7% and 99.9%. The error of the result was clinically acceptable. MA120 antibiotic susceptibility test-ing card covered the common antibiotics, and the results of the determination of antibiotic susceptibility testing coin-cided with the result of ATB? test strips. All strains were identified correctly except for Vibrio (Vibrio alginolyticusfor ATB? test strips, no result for MEIHUAmedical TM MA120). Conclusion MA120 has a good effect in the identi-fication of common clinical microorganisms and antibiotic susceptibility testing, which is used to identify bacterial spe-cies covering common clinical pathogenic bacteria and has complete drug sensitive antibiotics. Besides, it can be timelyimproved and applied flexibly according to the clinical requirements and recommendations of The Clinical and Laborato-ry Standards Institute (CLSI).
