      【摘要】 慢性自发性荨麻疹病程长，严重影响患者生活质量，临床上大约有50%的患者在使用常规剂量抗组胺药物时不能很好的控制症状。根据国内指南，荨麻疹二线治疗抗组胺药最高可加至常规剂量的4倍，但国内多数抗组胺药物说明书并未提到加倍剂量的使用方案，且三线用药不良反应发生率较高，因此多种药物联合对荨麻疹的治疗显得尤为重要。本文综述了不同药物联合治疗慢性自发性荨麻疹的疗效，得出了联合用药通常优于单一用药的结论，为临床合理用药提供一定参考。

Progress of drug combination in chronic spontaneous urticaria.

Clini-cally, it can be found that about 50% of patients cannot control symptoms with conventional doses of antihistamines. Ac-cording to domestic guidelines, urticaria second-line treatment antihistamines drugs can be added up to 4 times the con-ventional dose, but the majority of domestic antihistamine drug instructions do not mention the use of double doses ofthe program, and the incidence of adverse reactions of the third-line medication is higher. Therefore, the combination ofmultiple drugs is particularly important for the treatment of urticaria. The paper subscribed the curative effect of the drugcombination about the treatment in chronic spontaneous urticarial, and got the conclusion that drug combination is moreexcellent than alone, which can offer the reference in a reasonable clinical medication.
