      【摘要】 微小RNA-205 (microRNA-205，miR-205)属于高度保守的miRNAs家族，可通过调控靶基因的表达及致癌信号通路等来影响肿瘤的细胞生长、增殖、迁移、侵袭和转移等多个环节，促进或抑制癌症的发生发展。近年研究结果证明，miR-205可激活或增加子宫内膜癌(EC)细胞的增殖、生长、入侵及转移，影响其预后及临床病理特性，成为EC患者潜在诊断、治疗及预后的分子靶点。

Research progress of microRNA-205 gene in endometrial cancer.

It can affect the growth,differentiation, invasion and metastasis of tumor cells by regulating the expression of target genes and signal transduc-tion pathways, with the promotion or inhibition of the role of tumor development and development. Recent studies haveshown that miR-205 plays an important role in the development of endometrial carcinoma, invasion and metastasis,which is related to clinicopathological features and prognosis. It is expected to be a new molecular marker for the diagno-sis and treatment of endometrial carcinoma.
