      标题:深圳市某街道中小学及托幼机构传染病防控管理现况调查

      【摘要】 目的 了解中小学及托幼机构传染病防控工作的管理现状,为学校卫生监督监管工作提供依据。方法 2018年1~3月深圳市宝安区福永预防保健所疾病控制科通过对本辖区内56所中小学及托幼机构每校1名主要负责校医采取发放调查表及现场询问的方法收集中小学及托幼机构传染病防控相关信息进行描述性分析。结果 中小学及托幼机构8项传染病管理制度落实率为100.00%,传染病健康教育工作落实率为94.64%,中小学及托幼机构全年级均开设卫生知识健康教育课程占73.21%。校医或保健老师在编人数占35.71%,持有医护执照人数占50.00%,参加过传染病培训占97.62%。校医/保健教师配置比为123:1~4 501:1,平均值为692:1。85.71%的饭堂设有防鼠设施,现制现供直饮水总合格率为95.00%,不合格项目为菌落总数。结论 本辖区内中小学及托幼机构传染病管理制度措施健全,但必须加强学校卫生人员队伍的建设,提高人员的防控传染病工作能力。

Investigation of the prevention and control of infectious diseases among primary, middle schools andkindergartens in a residential district of Shenzhen.

【Abstract】 Objective To study the current situation of the prevention and control of infectious diseases amongkindergartens, primary and middle schools, so as to provide evidence for strengthening health supervision in school.Methods From January 2018 to March 2018, a interviewing questionnaire survey and site queries on the prevention andcontrol of infectious disease was conducted among 56 kindergartens, primary and middle schools by Department of DiseaseControl, Fuyong Health Supervision Institute of Bao'an District of Shenzhen. Results The establishment rate of 8 infec-tious diseases management system achieved 100.00% among these education institutes in the district. The implementationrate of health education for infectious diseases was 94.64%, and 73.21% of education institutes provide health educationcourses. The permanent staff of school doctors or health teachers accounted for 35.71%, among which 50.00% hold a medi-cal license and 97.62% participated in the training of infectious diseases. School doctor/health teacher allocation ratio was123:1 to 4 501:1, and the average value was 692:1. In the education institutes, 85.71% of dining hall was equipped with an-ti-mouse facilities. The total qualified rate of direct drinking water was 95.00%, and the unqualified item was colony count.Conclusion The implementation of infection diseases prevention and control system in schools are well equipped, but wehave to consolidate the building of school health team to enhance the professional ability of the prevention and control of in-fection diseases.
