      【摘要】 长链多聚磷酸盐是经多个高能磷酸键连接的线性无机磷酸盐,其磷酸基团从几十到上千不等。长链多聚磷酸盐普遍存在于包括人体在内的动植物及微生物中,但由于长期缺少转化医学切入点,很长时间被认为是“分子化石”,无重要的生理功能。直到近期发现其可能通过激活凝血因子Ⅻ以及缓激肽系统等引起炎症和凝血异常。但目前对长链多聚磷酸盐的认识尚少,为了提高对长链多聚磷酸盐的了解和关注,本文从长链多聚磷酸盐的合成、降解、检测及临床意义等方面对其进行讨论,希望能起到抛砖引玉的作用。

Synthesis, degradation, detection and clinical significance of long chain polyphosphate.

Department ofHematology, Xiangya Hospital Central South University, Changsha 410008, Hunan, CHINA【Abstract】 Long chain polyphosphates are linear inorganic phosphates linked by multiple high-energy phos-phate bonds with phosphate groups ranging from tens to thousands. Long chain polyphosphates are generally found inanimals, plants and microorganisms, including humans. However, due to the long-term lack of entry points in translation-al medicine, they have been considered as“molecular fossils”for a long time and have no important physiological func-tions. It has only recently been discovered that they may cause inflammation and coagulation abnormalities by activatingthe coagulation factor Ⅻ and the bradykinin system. But there is still little understanding of long chain polyphosphates.This paper discusses the synthesis, degradation, detection and clinical significance of long chain polyphosphates to im-prove the understanding and concern of long chain polyphosphates, and moreover, to throw out a minnow to catch a whale.
