      标题:BCL11B基因在血液系统恶性肿瘤中的研究进展

      【摘要】 BCL11基因是BCL家族的重要组成部分,与血液肿瘤的发生相关,而BCL11B基因是BCL11家族一个不可忽视的成员之一。BCL11B基因是一种重要的转录调控因子,同时也是一种肿瘤抑制基因。BCL11B基因不仅参与胸腺发生、T细胞增殖和分化等生物过程,同时也调控着淋巴造血系统的发育和增殖等。此外,BCL11B基因基因突变或者异常表达等还会导致白血病/淋巴瘤以及其他恶性肿瘤的发生。因此研究BCL11B基因能为肿瘤的发生及治疗提供理论依据。

Research progress of BCL11B gene in hematological malignancies.

Department of Biology, Hainan Medical University, Haikou 571199, Hainan, CHINA【Abstract】 The BCL11 gene is an important component of the BCL family and is associated with the develop-ment of hematological tumors, and the BCL11B gene is one of the most important members of the BCL11 family.BCL11B gene is an important transcriptional regulator and a tumor suppressor gene. BCL11B gene is involved not only inbiological processes such as thymusogenesis, T cell proliferation and differentiation, but also in the development and pro-liferation of the lymphatic hematopoietic system. In addition, mutations or abnormal expression of the BCL11B genemay lead to the development of leukemia/lymphoma and other malignant tumors. Therefore, the study of BCL11B genecan provide a theoretical basis for the occurrence and treatment of tumors.
