      【摘要】 目的 探讨口肌训练结合语言认知训练在智力低下儿童语言康复中的应用价值,为临床康复方法的选择提供依据。方法 选取韶关市第一人民医院儿童康复科于2016年1月至2017年12月期间治疗的智力低下患儿46例为研究对象,根据随机数表法分为观察组和对照组,每组23例,对照组患儿进行单纯语言认知训练,观察组应用口肌训练结合语言认知训练,疗程均为3个月。两组患儿均于治疗前后采用Gesell发育量表及S-S语言发育迟缓评价法(S-S法)进行评分,评估语言康复效果。结果 治疗后,观察组患儿Gesell发育量表语言DQ值为(56.1±4.8)%,明显高于对照组的(45.4±5.2)%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿 S-S法评估后语言表达DQ值为(63.2±19.9)%,高于对照组的(49.6±18.2)%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患儿治疗后语言理解和操作能力比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 口肌训练结合语言认知训练对智力低下儿童的语言表达有显著的促进作用,值得临床推广应用。

Application of oral muscle training combined with language cognitive training in language rehabilitation forchildren with mental retardation.

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the application value of oral muscle training combined with language cog-nitive training in language rehabilitation for children with mental retardation, and to provide evidence for the selectionof clinical rehabilitation methods. Methods A total of 46 children with mental retardation treated in the Departmentof Children's Rehabilitation in the First People's Hospital of Shaoguan City during January 2016 and December 2017were selected in this study. They were divided into an observation group and a control group according to the randomnumber table method (23 cases in each group). Children in the control group purely underwent language cognitivetraining, and the observation group applied oral muscle training combined with language cognitive training; the courseof treatment was 3 months. Both groups were scored before and after treatment using the Gesell Developmental Scale(GDS) and S-S speech or language developmental delay score (S-S method) to assess the effectiveness of language re-habilitation. Results After treatment, the Gesell Developmental Scale described that the DQ of the observation groupwas (56.09±10.32)%, significantly higher than (45.43±7.39)% for the control group; the difference was statistically sig-nificant (P<0.05). The S-S DQ scores in the observation group was (63.2±19.9)% compared to (49.6±18.2)% in the con-trol group (P<0.05). But the difference in the language comprehension and operation ability between the two groups af-ter treatment were not statistically significant (P>0.05).Conclusion Oral muscle training combined with languagecognitive training has a significant role in promoting the language expression of children with mental retardation, whichis worthy of clinical application.
