      标题:超声引导下单针激光消融治疗甲状腺良性结节30例临床分析

      【摘要】 目的 探讨超声引导下单针激光消融治疗甲状腺良性结节的安全性及近期疗效。方法 回顾性分析2016年1月至2017年1月在株洲市中心医院普外一科行超声引导下甲状腺良性结节单针激光消融治疗的30例患者的临床资料。观察术后3个月、6个月、12个月超声下结节的大小、最大径缩小率,并抽血检查甲状腺功能。结果 30例甲状腺良性结节患者均成功实施单针激光消融,治疗时间为(30.2±10.5) min,激光总能量为(3 525±1 875) J,无神经、血管、气管、食管损伤或皮肤灼伤等并发症;术后 3个月、6个月、12个月超声随访,甲状腺结节分别为(1.52±0.35) cm、(0.72±0.19) cm、(0.39±0.14) cm,均较术前均明显缩小,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);术前及术后 3个月、6个月、12个月复查甲状腺功能均在正常范围内,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 甲状腺良性结节单针激光消融治疗是安全、微创、高效的,值得临床推广。

Clinical analysis of benign thyroid nodules treated with ultrasound-guided single-needle laser ablation: a reportof 30 cases.

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the safety and short-term efficacy of benign thyroid nodules treated withultrasound-guided single-needle laser ablation in 30 patients. Methods The clinical data of 30 patients with benign thy-roid nodules received ultrasound-guided laser ablation from January 2016 to January 2017 in Department of General sur-gery of Zhuzhou Central Hospital were collected. The size of the nodules, the maximum diameter reduction rate and thethyroid function examination were observed at 3, 6 and 12 months after the operation. Paired t-test was used for statisti-cal analysis with preoperative thyroid nodules size. Results Single-needle laser ablation were successfully performedon thirty patients with benign thyroid nodules. The mean operation time was (30.2±10.5) min. The total laser output ener-gy was (3 525±1 875) J. No nervous,blood vessel, tracheal and esophageal damages, skin burns or other complicationsoccurred. The patients were followed up for 3, 6 and 12 months after the operation. The maximal diameters of thyroidnodules were (1.52±0.35) cm, (0.72±0.19) cm, and (0.39±0.14) cm, respectively, which were significantly smaller thanpreoperative thyroid nodules (P<0.05). The thyroid function had no significant changes before and in 3, 6 and 12 monthsafter the treatment (P>0.05). Conclusion Ultrasound-guided single-needle laser ablation of thyroid benign nodules issafe, minimally invasive, and highly effective. It is worthy of promotion in clinical practice
