      【摘要】 目的 明确锌指蛋白281 (ZNF281)在食管癌组织中的表达情况并探讨食管癌患者的病理分化、分期对其表达量的影响。方法 收集 26例广州市番禺区中心医院及南方医科大学附属第三医院 2014年 4月 25日至2017年 5月 2日 26例经病理确诊的食管癌患者的癌组织及癌旁正常组织,采用 realtime-PCR方法检测组织中ZNF281基因的表达量,并对不同病理分化程度(高、中、低分化)及不同分期(按2017 NCCN分期)的食管癌患者瘤组织间ZNF281相对表达量的差异进行亚组分析。结果 26例食管癌患者的瘤组织及癌旁正常组织中,ZNF281的表达在食管癌组织中相对癌旁正常组织显著上调,其差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。同时,不同病理分化程度(高、中、低分化)对食管癌患者ZNF281相对表达量差异有显著影响,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而不同分期(Ⅱ、Ⅲ期)对食管癌患者ZNF281的相对表达量无显著影响,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 ZNF281在食管癌瘤组织中的表达显著上调,可能与食管癌发生发展及调控其分化相关。

Expression of ZNF281 in human esophageal cancer and its clinical significance.

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the role of zinc finger protein 281 (ZNF281) in esophageal cancer tissue,and the effect of pathological differentiation and stage on the relative expression of ZNF281. Methods The gene ex-pression of ZNF281 was detected in the tumor tissue and normal adjacent tissues using realtime-PCR from 26 patients inPanyu Central Hospital and the Third Affiliated Hospital of Southern Medical University diagnosed as esophageal carcino-ma from April 25, 2014 to May 2, 2017. The difference in the expression of ZNF281 between different degrees of differen-tiation (high, moderate, poor) and different stages (2017 NCCN criterion) were analyzed. Results The relative gene ex-pression of ZNF281 was significantly increased in the tumor tissues compared with that in the normal adjacent tissues (P<0.05). There was significant difference in the relative expression of ZNF281 between patients with different degrees of dif-ferentiation (P<0.05), while there was no significant difference between patients with different stages (stageⅡ vs stageⅢ,P>0.05). Conclusion The gene expression of ZNF281 was significantly increased in the cancer tissues of patients withesophageal carcinoma and may related to the tumorgenesis and differentiation of esophageal carcinoma.
