标题：低管电压结合等渗低浓度对比剂CT肺动脉血管成像的护理体会

      【摘要】 目的 探讨低管电压结合等渗低浓度对比剂CT肺动脉成像检查中的护理要点及经验。方法 回顾性分析2015年4月至2016年3月在江苏省中医院行CT肺动脉成像检查的42例患者。采用20 mL等渗低浓度对比剂(碘克沙醇270 mgI/mL)，80 kV管电压联合迭代重建技术CT肺动脉成像的患者资料，总结对临床具有指导价值的重点护理方法及经验。结果 42例患者均未出现对比剂渗漏现象，无碘对比剂不良反应的发生，3例经左侧静脉建立通路的患者出现轻度射线硬化束伪影，图像质量均能够满足临床诊断要求。结论 检查前安抚患者心理并进行有效的呼吸训练，检查过程中合理选择对比剂的注射方案以及检查后对患者的密切观察是快速、安全、有效完成检查的关键。

Nursing experience for CT pulmonary angiography with low-concentration contrast agent and low-tube voltagein scanning protocol.

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the nursing points and experience of CT pulmonary angiography withlow-concentration contrast agent and low-tube voltage in scanning protocol. Methods A retrospective study was con-ducted on 42 patients who underwent CT pulmonary angiography with iodixanol (270 mgI/mL) and 80 kV voltage in Ji-angsu Province Hospital of TCM from April 2015 to March 2016. The key nursing methods and experiences were sum-marized. Results None of the 42 patients had any contrast agent leakage and adverse effects of iodine contrast agent.Three patients with left venous pathways had mild beam hardening artifact. Image quality of all patients were conformedto the requirements of clinical diagnosis. Conclusion It is the key to finish the examination safely and effectively withpsychological intervention and effective breathing training before the examination, reasonable selection of contrast agents’injection schedule during the examination, and careful observation after the examination.
