      【摘要】 目的 探讨追踪法联合医疗团队资源管理(TRM)在预防非计划性拔管(UEX)中的应用效果。方法 选择 2017年1~11月期间在阳春市人民医院住院的气管插管患者160例为研究对象，根据随机数表法分为对照组和观察组，每组80例，对照组予常规护理，观察组在护理过程中运用追踪法联合TRM管理模式，比较两组患者UEX发生率及患者满意度。结果 观察组患者的UEX发生率为1.25%，明显低于对照组的7.50%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组患者的满意率为92.50%，明显高于对照组的73.75%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 运用追踪法联合TRM管理模式可以有效预防气管插管患者非计划性拔管的发生，提高患者的满意度。

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the application effect of tracing method and medical team resource manage-ment (TRM) in the prevention of unplanned extubation (UEX). Methods A total of 160 cases of tracheal intubationpatients, who admitted to Yangchun People's Hospital from January 2017 to November 2017, were selected and divid-ed into the observation group and the control group according to random number method, with 80 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing, with tracing method and TRM management mode were applied for the ob-servation group in the nursing process. The incidence of UEX and patient satisfaction were compared between the twogroups. Results The incidence of UEX in the observation group was 1.25%, which was significantly lower than 7.50%in the control group (P<0.05). The satisfaction rate in the observation group was 92.50%, which was significantly higherthan 73.75% in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Tracing and TRM management can effectively prevent the un-planned extubation of tracheal intubation patients and improve the patient's satisfaction.
