      【摘要】 脓毒症是危重症患者中常见的一种临床综合征，其发病与多种因素相关。近年来研究发现危重症患者尤其是脓毒症中普遍存在维生素D (VitD)缺乏或不足，因此维生素D与脓毒症之间的关系引起了越来越多的关注。本文就维生素D对脓毒症的治疗及影响机制研究进展做一综述，为治疗脓毒症提供新的思路。

Research progress in mechanisms of vitamin D in sepsis.

The occurrence of sepsis is related tomany factors. Recent studies have found that vitamin D (VitD) deficiency is common in critically ill patients, especiallyin patients with sepsis. Therefore, the relationship between vitamin D and sepsis have attracted more and more attention.The review describes the research progress in the mechanisms of vitamin D in sepsis, and provides new ideas for thetreatment of sepsis.
