      【摘要】 溃疡性结肠炎(UC)是一种以腹痛、腹泻、黏液血便等为主要特征的疾病，随着近年来UC在我国发病率的不断升高，对其研究也越来越受到重视，其中肠道微生态与UC发病机制的联系更是研究重点，本文就UC患者肠道菌群分布、潜在致病菌、肠道菌群与各项指标相关性、益生菌治疗及菌群移植等方面的研究现状进行了阐述。

In recent years, the incidence of UC has been increasingin our country, and the study on it is now getting more and more attention, with a focus on UC and intestinal flora. In thispaper, we will discuss the distribution of intestinal flora, potential pathogenic bacteria, correlation between intestinal flo-ra and indexes, probiotic therapy, and flora transplantation in patients with UC.
