      【摘要】 随着生物-心理-社会医学模式的提出，糖尿病合并抑郁成为最新研究热点。糖尿病合并抑郁的患者在临床中的发病率高，导致患者对自我管理的有效性降低，增加了并发症的发生概率，提高了患者的致残率、致死率。因此，提高对2型糖尿病合并抑郁患者的识别率，可有效帮助控制血糖，延缓并发症，提高生存质量。本文通过查阅国内外相关文献，从糖尿病、抑郁的概念、流行病学入手，分析糖尿病合并抑郁的机制及危害、二者的相互作用、糖尿病合并抑郁的评定方法、治疗等方面的相关研究进行综述，以提高临床对此类患者的重视，指导糖尿病合并抑郁的进一步深入研究。

Research on depression in type 2 diabetes mellitus.

The incidence of diabetes in patients with depression is high in clinical practice,which leads to the decrease of patient's self-management effectiveness, the increase of the incidence of complications,and the increase in the disability rate and mortality of patients. Therefore, improving the recognition rate of type 2 diabe-tes patients with depression can effectively help control blood glucose, delay the complications, and improve the qualityof life. From the perspective of the concept of diabetes and depression and epidemiology, this article reviews the mecha-nisms and harms of diabetes mellitus combined with depression, the interaction between the two, the evaluation methodsand treatment of diabetes mellitus combined with depression, through analyzing the domestic and foreign related re-search literatures, which can improve the attention to these patients, and guide the further study of diabetes mellitus com-plicated with depression.
