标题：优质护理在痔上黏膜套扎术联合外剥内扎术治疗混合痔围手术期患者中的应用

      【摘要】 目的 探讨优质护理在痔上黏膜套扎术联合外剥内扎术治疗混合痔围手术期患者中的应用效果。方法 选择佛山市禅城区朝阳医院肛肠综合病房2015年1月至2017年8月期间收治的104例环形混合痔患者为研究对象，根据随机数表法分为观察组和对照组，每组52例，所有患者均接受痔上黏膜套扎术联合外剥内扎术治疗，对照组给予常规护理，观察组则全程优质护理干预，比较两组患者的并发症发生情况、术后舒适度及满意度；出院时，采用生活质量综合评定问卷-74 (GQOLI-74)评估两组患者的生活质量。结果 观察组患者术后并发症发生率为13.46%，明显低于对照组的26.92%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组患者术后舒适度评分为(4.25±1.15)分，明显高于对照组的(2.32±0.76)分，且满意率为92.31%，也明显高于对照组的75.00%，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)；出院时，观察组患者GQOLI-74评分中物质生活状态、躯体功能、社会功能及心理功能等评分分别为(78.43±4.08)分、(82.48±4.29)分、(79.18±3.25)分、(67.36±3.82)分，均明显高于对照组的(74.03±3.44)分、(76.54±3.43)分、(73.22±2.87)分、(61.82±3.26)分，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 痔上黏膜套扎术联合外剥内扎术治疗混合痔围手术期实施优质护理干预，可以有效降低术后并发症的发生率，提高术后舒适度、生活质量及患者的满意率。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the application value of high quality nursing care in perioperative periodof mixed hemorrhoids by Ruiyun procedure for hemorrhoids (RPH) combined with Milligan-Morgan hemorrhoidecto-my. Methods From January 2015 to August 2017, 104 cases of annular mixed hemorrhoids patients in Anorectal Com-prehensive Ward of Chaoyang Hospital of Chancheng District of Foshan were selected and divided into the observationgroup and control group according to random number table, with 52 cases in each group. The two groups of patients allunderwent RPH combined with Milligan-Morgan hemorrhoidectomy. The control group received routine nursing, andthe observation group was treated with high quality nursing care intervention.
