标题：护士-家属协同督导模式在老年肺结核患者管理中的应用

      【摘要】 目的 探讨护士-家属协同督导模式在老年肺结核患者管理中的应用效果。方法 选择2015年7月至2016年12月在佛山市第四人民医院结核科住院的150例肺结核患者为研究对象，按照住院的单双号分为观察组和对照组，每组75例，两组患者入院后均进行规范化的抗结核治疗，疗程6个月(复治8个月)，对照组实施常规的护理管理模式，观察组实施护士-家属协同督导模式。出院1年后对两组患者的治疗依从性、治疗效果、再住院率进行评价。结果 观察组患者治疗依从性中的全程无漏服、全程按时复查、全程系统登记分别为 71例(97.3%)、68例(93.2%)和 70例(95.9%)，均明显高于对照组的58例(79.4%)、51例(69.9%)和 52例(71.2%)，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组患者胸部X线检查病灶的显著吸收和吸收分别为26例(35.6%)和40例(54.8%)，均明显高于对照组的15例(20.5%)和 27例(37.1%)，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组患者的再住院率及平均再住院天数分别为12.3%、(7.23±3.26) d，明显低于对照组的26.0%、(13.45±3.72 ) d，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对老年肺结核患者实施护士-家属协同督导，规范了患者出院后后续的管理，加强了医患间的沟通与联系，能有效提高肺结核患者的治疗依从性，改善治疗效果、降低再住院率。

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of nurse-family cooperative supervision model in the managementof elderly patients with pulmonary tuberculosis. Methods From July 2015 to December 2016, 150 patients with pulmo-nary tuberculosis who admitted to the Fourth People’s Hospital of Foshan City were selected and divided into the obser-vation group and the control group according to the hospital's odd and even number of the patients, with 75 cases in eachgroup. The patients in the two groups were treated with standardized anti-tuberculosis therapy for 6 months after admis-sion (8 months of retreatment).
