      标题:护理本科生使用手戴式血压测量装置真实体验的质性研究

      【摘要】 目的 了解护理学专业本科生使用手戴式血压测量装置的真实感受。方法 于2017年7月选取湖北民族学院医学院2014级参与手戴式血压测量装置培训的护理本科生作为研究对象。运用质性研究中的现象学方法,分析12名护理学专业本科生使用手戴式血压测量装置的真实感受。结果 护理本科生使用手戴式血压测量装置的真实感受可归纳为“收获颇丰”、“技能操作课更加有趣”、“提升了综合能力”、“培养了创新意识”4个主题。结论 使用手戴式血压测量装置在护理技能教学中取得了良好的效果,对护理学临床技能教学改革有一定的参考价值。

Qualitative study on the true experience of undergraduate nursing students using hand-held blood pressuremeasurement devices.

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the true feelings of undergraduate students majored in nursing during the useof hand- held blood pressure measurement device. Methods In July 2017, the students of the 2014 Class of Medical Col-lege, Hubei University for Nationalities who participated in the training of the hand-held blood pressure measurement de-vice were selected as the research subjects. A descriptive qualitative study was undertaken using the phenomenologicalmethod, and 12 nurse undergraduates was interviewed for their feelings of using hand-held blood pressure measurement de-vices. Results The true feelings of undergraduate students using hand-held blood pressure measurement devices can besummed up into four topics:“harvesting”,“skill-based operation classes are more interesting”,“improving comprehensiveability”and“cultivating innovative awareness”. Conclusion The use of hand-held blood pressure measurement device innursing teaching has achieved good results, and it may have some reference value in nursing clinical skills teaching.
