      标题:GPS导航超声系统引导PCNL处理复杂肾结石26例临床分析

      【摘要】 目的 分析GPS导航超声系统引导经皮肾镜取石术(PCNL)处理复杂肾结石的临床疗效。方法 选择深圳宝安区人民医院泌尿外科于2015年1月至2016年8月期间收治的84例复杂肾结石患者为研究对象,根据治疗方法将58例超声引导下PCNL术治疗者纳入对照组,26例GPS导航超声系统引导PCNL术治疗者纳入观察组。比较两组患者的手术时间、通道建立及出血情况。结果 观察组患者的手术时间为(76.3±17.5) min,明显短于对照组的(91.2±22.6) min,建立通道一次性成功率为96.2%,明显高于对照组的81.0%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组与对照组患者的一过性出血发生率分别为26.9%和27.6%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但观察组患者的介入栓塞治疗率为0,明显低于对照组的6.9%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 GPS导航超声系统应用于经皮肾镜取石术可以有效提高目标肾盏一次穿刺成功率,缩短手术时间且安全可靠。

Clinical analysis of GPS navigation ultrasound system guided percutaneous nephrolithotomy in the treatment of26 patients with complex renal calculi.

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of GPS navigation ultrasound system guided percutane-ous nephrolithotomy (PCNL) in the treatment of complex renal calculi. Methods From January 2015 to August 2016,84 patients of complicated renal calculi treated in Department of Urology, Shenzhen Baoan District People's Hospi-tal were assigned into two groups according to the treatment methods: 58 patients of ultrasound guided PCNL wereincluded into the control group, and 26 patients of GPS navigation ultrasound system guided PCNL were includedinto observation group. The operation time, channel establishment and bleeding were compared between the twogroups. Results The operation time of the observation group was (76.3±17.5) min, significantly shorter than (91.2±22.6) min in the control group (P<0.05), and the one-time success rate of channel establishment was 96.2%, significantlyhigher than 81.0% in the control group (P<0.05). The two groups had no statistically significant difference in one-timebleeding rate (26.9% vs 27.6%, P>0.05), but interventional treatment rate of the observation group was significantly low-er than that in the control group (0 vs 6.9%, P<0.05). Conclusion The application of GPS navigation ultrasound systemin percutaneous nephrolithotomy can effectively improve the success rate of single puncture of target renal bulb, shortenthe operation time, and is safe and reliable.
