      【摘要】 根据糖尿病流行特点、糖尿病自身的疾病特性以及专科医院防治糖尿病的局限性，本文提出全科医学专科具有世界卫生组织(WHO)、世界糖尿病基金会(WDF)等权威机构所倡导的从根本上遏止糖尿病的发生和发展的措施及优势：表现在全科医生能够凭借其全科医学的可及性医疗、综合性医疗、连续性医疗、主动性医疗、协调性医疗等专科技能，对糖尿病的流行实施预防和干预；能够采用以预防为先导、以家庭为单位、以社区为核心的医疗照顾等技能在糖尿病的病因预防、全程管理等方面具有极佳优势。与糖尿病病因复杂、终生为患的疾病特点、医疗需求相吻合，是糖尿病控制的中坚力量。

Advantages of general medical specialist skills in the control of diabetes in primary medical care.

Department of General Medical Science and Research, the First Affiliated Hospital of HainanMedical University, Haikou 570102, Hainan, CHINA【Abstract】 Based on the epidemiological characteristics of diabetes described above, the characteristics of diabe-tes itself, and the limitation of prevention and treatment of diabetes in specialist hospitals, this article puts forward thatDepartment of General Practice has the measures and advantages to prevent the occurrence and development of diabetesfundamentally, which is advocated by authoritative organizations such as World Health Organization (WHO) and theWorld Diabetes Foundation (WDF). These measures and advantages were manifested in the fact that general practitio-ners can prevent and intervene the prevalence of diabetes through the skills such as accessibility of general practice, com-prehensive medical care, continuous medical care, initiative medical care and coordinated medical care. The adoption ofskills such as prevention as a precursor, family as a unit, and community as the core medical care have an excellent ad-vantage in the prevention of etiology of diabetes and overall management of diabetes. It is consistent with the medicalneeds that the complex causes and life-long of diabetes, which is the backbone of diabetes control.
