      【摘要】 目的 探讨超声对胎儿脑及脑膜膨出的诊断价值，为临床终止妊娠提供重要依据。方法 应用超声
对2008年6月至2015年6月，孕周为13~40周的25 872例胎儿进行常规产前超声检查，对疑有脑及脑膜膨出的部位
进行多切面、多角度的扫查。结果 25 872例胎儿经超声检查出脑及脑膜膨出17例，其中11例为脑膨出，6例为脑
膜膨出；引产尸检后证实了上述结果，同时发现了1例漏诊病例。结论 彩超对胎儿脑及脑膜膨出诊断具有较高的
准确性，可作为临床及时终止妊娠的重要依据，对提高优生优育具有重要意义。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the value of ultrasound in the diagnosis of meningocele and encephalo-
cele of fetus, in order to provide important evidences for pregnancy termination. Methods A total of 25 872 pregnant
women from Jun. 2008 to Jun. 2015 with gestational age of 13~40 weeks underwent routine prenatal ultrasonic examina-
tions. The suspected locations of meningocele and encephalocele were further examined on multiple views and angles.
Results In the 25 872 fetuses, 17 were diagnosed as meningocele and encephalocele by ultrasound, including 11 of me-
ningocele and 6 of encephalocele, which were then confirmed by autopsy after labor induction. One case were missed di-
agnosed. Conclusion Ultrasound has important clinical value in the diagnosis of meningocele and encephalocele of fe-
tus, and has important significance in guiding the pregnancy termination and improving the healthy birth and child devel-
opment.
