标题：PTCD/PTBS治疗恶性梗阻性黄疸所致并发症及其防治的研究进展

      【摘要】 恶性梗阻性黄疸(MOJ)是由恶性肿瘤导致胆道梗阻。随着介入技术的发展，经皮肝穿刺胆道引流(PTCD)和胆道支架植入术(PTBS)已成为解除胆道梗阻的主要措施之一。胆系感染、胆道出血、急性胰腺炎、支架再狭窄、引流管移位、脱落及阻塞等并发症的发生严重影响患者的生活质量及生存期。认识PTCD/PTBS治疗MOJ相关并发症，针对不同并发症采取相应措施可减少甚至避免其发生，对PTCD/PTBS治疗MOJ患者具有重要的临床意义。

Complications of PTCD/PTBS treatment of malignant obstructive jaundice and its prevention: current progressin clinical research.

Withthe development of interventional technique, percutaneous transhepatic cholangial drainage (PTCD) and percutaneoustranshepatic biliary stent (PTBS) implantation has already become one of the main measures to relieve MOJ. The compli-cations, including biliary tract infection, hemobilia, acute pancreatitis, biliary stent restenosis, biliary drainage tube mi-gration, fall off and obstruct, etc, are seriously affect the quality of life and survival time of the patients. Understandingthe complications of PTCD/PTBS in the treatment of MOJ and taking corresponding measures for different complica-tions can reduce or even avoid its occurrence. It has important clinical significance for the treatment of MOJ patients byPTCD/PTBS.
