      标题:海南砂仁超临界萃取物中化学成分的GC-MS分析

      【摘要】 目的 研究海南砂仁超临界CO2萃取物中的化学成分。方法 采用超临界CO2流体萃取法提取海南砂仁挥发油,并通过气相色谱-质谱联用技术对其成分进行测定,结合计算机检索技术对分离的化合物进行鉴定,同时采用峰而积归一化法确定各成分的相对百分含量。结果 从海南砂仁油中共分离出38个组分,鉴定了其中的35种成分,所鉴定的成分占总挥发油成分的95.55%,其中相对百分含量较高的有2-(3-羟基-4-甲氧基苯基)-3,7-二甲氧基-4H-苯并吡喃-4-酮(17.38%)、顺-9-十八碳烯醛(7.21%)、2-十一碳烯-10-十一碳炔酸酯(6.79%)、E,E,Z-1,3,12-十九碳三烯-5,14-二醇(5.97%)等。结论 从海南砂仁萃取物中分离鉴定了35种成分,它们的含量占超临界萃取成分总面积的95.55%。

GC-MS analysis of chemical constituents in the supercritical CO2 extracts of fruits of Amomum longiligulare T.

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the chemical constituents in the supercritical CO2 extract of fruits of fruitsof Amomum longiligulare T. L. Wu. Methods The volatile oil from fruits of A. longiligulare by Supercritical CO2 fluidextraction (SFE) and its chemical constituents were separated, determined, and identified by Gas Chromatography-MassSpectrometer (GC-MS) combined with computer retrieval in compound databases. The relative percentage content ofeach compound was calculated by peak area normalization method. Results A total of 38 compounds were separatedfrom the volatile oil, and 35 of them were identified, which covered 95.55% of the total oil. The major constituents withhigher relative content were 2-(3-hydroxy-4-methoxyphenyl)-3,7-dimethoxy-4H-chromen-4-one (17.38% ),(Z)-9-Octadecenal (7.21% ), undec-10-ynoic acid undec-2-en-1-yl ester (6.79% ), E,E,Z-1,3,12-nonadecatriene-5,14-diol (5.97%), etc. Conclusion Thirty-five compounds in the extractives, which account for 95.55% of the total areaof the chromatographic peeks, were identified.
