      【摘要】 目的 对热带地区 ICU医务人员口罩佩戴4 h后污染情况进行调查,为预防与控制医院感染的发生提供依据。方法 于2016年10~12月选择海南医学院第一附属医院24名 ICU治疗班护士为采样对象,对医用外科口罩佩戴4 h后采样,进行细菌培养、菌落计数及鉴定。结果 114份样本培养48 h后平均菌落数超标的样本有20份,总体合格率为82%;超标样本中共检出细菌31株,以革兰阳性菌为主,共26株占84%。结论 热带地区 ICU医务人员口罩佩戴4 h后表面细菌污染依然较高,需要进一步优化与制定更为严格的口罩佩戴流程,并规范医护人员的操作及手卫生执行力,切断病原菌交叉传播的风险。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the bacterial contamination on the mask surface after wearing for 4 h inIntensive Care Unit in tropical region, so as to provide reference for preventing and controlling hospital infection.Methods From October 2016 to December 2016, samples were collected on the medical surgical masks of 24 ICUnurses after wearing for 4 h in the First Affiliated Hospital of Hainan Medical University, which were then suffered bacte-rial culture, colony count and identification. The type and number of bacteria were analyzed. Results After the 114samples were cultured for 48 h, 20 samples were found with average colony number exceeding the standard, with theoverall qualified rate of 82%. In the unqualified samples, 31 strains of bacteria were detected, of which 26 (84%) wereGram-positive bacteria. Conclusion The mask surfaces in ICU were heavily contaminated by bacteria after wearing for4 h. It is necessary to optimize and develop a more stringent mask wear process, standardize the operation and hand hy-giene execution of medical staff, and cut off the risks of cross-transmission of pathogens.
