标题：医院-社区-家庭一体化模式在严重精神障碍患者管理中的应用

      【摘要】 目的 探讨医院-社区-家庭一体化模式在严重精神障碍患者管理中的应用价值。方法 选择2015年1月至2016年3月期间佛山市第三人民医院收治的200例佛山市禅城区辖区的严重精神障碍性疾病患者为研究对象，根据随机数表法分为观察组和对照组，每组100例，对照组给予常规管理，观察组予医院-社区-家庭一体化管理，干预时间为1年。比较两组患者的治疗依从性、疾病复发率及康复状态量表(MRSS)、生存质量量表(SQLS)评分的变化。结果 干预后，观察组患者的MRSS评分为(50.5±7.2)分，明显低于对照组的(62.6±6.7)分，治疗依从率为90.0%，明显高于对照组的71.0%，复发率为8.0%，明显低于对照组的24.0%，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组患者的SQLS量表中的心理社会、动力和精力评分、总分分别为(37.5±6.6)分、(30.6±5.9)分、(36.4±5.8)分，均明显低于对照组的(43.4±4.1)分、(36.7±4.8)分、(41.9±6.4)分，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 医院-社区-家庭一体化模式应用于严重精神障碍患者的管理，可以有效提高患者治疗依从性，提高临床疗效、改善生存质量。

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the application value of hospital-community-family integration model in themanagement of patients with severe mental disorders. Methods From January 2015 to March 2016, 200 patients of se-vere mental disorder from Chancheng District, Foshan, treated in the Third People's Hospital of Foshan, were selectedand randomly divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table, with 100 patientsin each group. The control group was given routine management, and the observation group was given hospital-commu-nity-family integration management and intervention for 1 year. The medication compliance, disease recurrence rate, andMorningside rehabilitation state scale (MRSS) and quality of life (SQLS) score were compared between the two groups.Results After the intervention, MRSS score, compliance rate, recurrence rate were (50.5±7.2), 90.0%, 8.0% in the ob-servation group, versus (62.6±6.7), 71.0%, 24.0% in the control group (P<0.05). The psychological society, power andenergy, and total score of SQLS were (37.5±6.6), (30.6±5.9), (36.4±5.8) in the observation group, significantly lowerthan the corresponding (43.4±4.1), (36.7±4.8), (41.9±6.4) in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The applicationof hospital-community-family integration model in the management of patients with severe mental disorders can effec-tively improve the medication compliance, clinical efficacy, and quality of life.
