      标题:氧化应激产物MDA与生育力和精子参数相关性的Meta分析

      【摘要】 目的 分析氧化应激产物丙二醛(MDA)与生育力和精子参数的相关性。方法 检索 PubMed、Cochrane、中国知网、万方数据库、维普数据库等国内外医学文献数据库,查找MDA与精子质量相关的文献,检索时间从建库至 2017年 8月,根据纳入和排除标准严格筛选文献,提取数据指标,将相关系数 r转换为 fisher's Z值,采用RevMan 5.3软件进行Meta 分析。结果 共检索出英文文献 766篇,中文文献 233篇,经过筛选后纳入16篇文献。分析结果表明不育患者精液的MDA水平明显高于正常对照组(SMD=0.80,95%CI=0.67~0.92,P<0.01);MDA与精子活动率呈负相关(r=-0.35,95%CI=-0.41~-0.31,P<0.01);MDA与精子密度也呈负相关(r=-0.37,95%CI=-0.45~-0.28,P<0.01)。结论 不育患者精液中MDA水平明显高于正常生育男性,并与精子活动率及密度呈负相关,MDA可作为诊断和治疗不育的敏感指标。

Association between oxidative stress product malondialdehyde and fertility or sperm parameters: ameta-analysis.

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the association between oxidative stress product malondialdehyde (MDA)and fertility or sperm parameters by meta-analysis. Methods Databases including PubMed, Cochrane Library, CNKI,WanFang Database, VIP, and other databases were searched from their inception to August 2017 to collect literature onthe association between MDA and sperm quality. The studies were screened according to the inclusion and exclusion cri-teria. After extracting data and converting the correlation coefficient r to Fisher 's Z value, meta-analysis was carried outby RevMan5.3. Results A total of 16 studies were chosen from 766 English papers and 233 Chinese literatures afterscreening. The analysis showed that the level of MDA in semen of infertile patients was significantly higher than the con-trol group (SMD=0.80, 95%CI =0.67-0.92, P<0.01); MDA was negatively correlated with sperm motility (r=-0.35, 95%CI =-0.41--0.31, P<0.01); MDA was also negatively correlated with sperm density (r=-0.37, 95%CI =-0.45--0.28. P<0.01). Conclusion Oxidative stress product MDA is significantly higher in infertile men than that in fertile men, andnegatively correlated with sperm motility and density, which can be used as a sensitive index for diagnosis and treatmentof infertility.
