标题：支架辅助弹簧圈栓塞治疗颅内前循环宽颈动脉瘤疗效分析

      【摘要】 目的 探讨支架辅助弹簧圈栓塞治疗颅内前循环宽颈动脉瘤的疗效。方法 回顾性分析辽宁省人民医院神经外三科2015年1月至2016年12月收治的30例支架辅助弹簧圈栓塞治疗颅内前循环宽颈动脉瘤患者的临床资料，所有患者均采用Solitaire AB支架进行辅助，分析支架辅助治疗的临床疗效。结果 30例动脉瘤均成功应用支架辅助进行栓塞，所有支架均一次性释放成功，术后发生脑出血1例，缺血事件3例，无患者死亡。3~12个月随访患者未再次发生蛛网膜下腔出血。结论 支架辅助弹簧圈栓塞治疗颅内前循环宽颈动脉瘤可明显提高动脉瘤栓塞的成功率，并发症少，值得临床推广应用。

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the efficacy of stent-assisted coil embolization in the treatment of intracrani-al wide-necked aneurysms of anterior circulation. Methods The clinical data of 30 patients with intracranialwide-necked aneurysms of anterior circulation treated with stent-assisted coil embolization from January 2015 to Decem-ber 2016 in the Third Department of Neurosurgery of the People's Hospital of Liaoning Province were retrospectively an-alyzed. All patients used Solitaire AB stents. The clinical efficacy of stent-assisted coil was analyzed. Results The 30aneurysms were successfully treated with stent-assisted coil. All stents were successfully released once. After operation,there were 1 case of cerebral hemorrhage and 3 cases of ischemic events, with no patient died. No subarachnoid hemor-rhage occurred in patients during the follow-up from 3 to 12 months. Conclusion Stent-assisted coil treatment for intra-cranial wide-necked aneurysms of anterior circulation can improve the success rate of embolization and reduce the com-plication, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
