      【摘要】 幽门螺旋杆菌(Helicobacter pylori，Hp)感染与大肠肿瘤的关系目前尚无定论，有学者认为Hp感染能增加大肠肿瘤的发生风险，但也有学者认为它们之间没有相关性。本文就Hp感染与大肠肿瘤的关系及其可能的机制进行系统性阐述。

In this paper, their relationships and its possible mechanisms are systematically expatiated.
