【摘要】 肿瘤转移是肿瘤患者致死的重要因素之一,大多数肿瘤患者的治疗目标就是阻断肿瘤转移,从而改善治疗效果。但现阶段人类对于肿瘤转移的控制并不理想,主要是因为对肿瘤转移的机制还了解不全面。而LncRNA近几年不断被证明其空间结构、表达水平与结合蛋白相互作用的异常与肿瘤的产生和转移有着密不可分的关联。其中HOTAIR作为一个已被发现的重要的具有反式转录调控作用的长链非编码RNA,其表达的差异对部分肿瘤的转移有着重要的调控作用。本文就近几年HOTAIR参与肿瘤转移的研究进展进行综述。

The main therapeutic purpose forcancer patients are to block tumor metastasis and improve patient's treatment outcome. In present, the results for tumor me-tastasis controlling is still unsatisfied, and the main reason for this situation is the poor understanding of tumor metastasismechanism. In recent years, it has been proved that the spatial structure and expression level, and the abnormality of bind-ing protein interaction of RNA are closely related to the generation and metastasis of tumors. HOX antisense intergenicRNA (HOTAIR), an important lncRNA with trans transcription regulation function, has been found having importantly regu-lation activity in tumor metastasis. In this article, we reviewed the most recent achievement for HOTAIR in tumor metastasis.
