      标题:子宫内膜异位症患者在位和异位内膜中巨噬细胞亚群分析

      【摘要】 目的 分析子宫内膜异位症(EM)在位和异位子宫内膜中巨噬细胞的分布情况。方法 以 2014年2月至 2016年 8月在鄂州市妇幼保健院就诊的 93例EM患者为EM组,以同期在我院行手术治疗的 64例子宫肌瘤患者为对照组,分别收集两组患者的子宫内膜组织,利用免疫组织化学技术,分别检测EM组与对照组患者子宫内膜组织中CD68和CD163阳性的细胞数,并计算CD163/CD68比值,进一步利用 SPSS20.0软件进行统计学分析。结果 EM组患者各期在位及异位子宫内膜CD68阳性细胞数均明显高于对照组,且CD163阳性细胞数也明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);EM组患者各期在位及异位子宫内膜CD163/CD68比值均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 EM患者在位及异位子宫内膜中巨噬细胞存在异常分布情况,以M2型巨噬细胞占优势。

      【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the distribution of macrophage subsets in the eutopic and ectopic endometri-um of women with endometriosis (EM). Methods A total of 93 patients with EM who were treated in Maternal andChild Health Hospital of Ezhou City from February 2014 to August 2016 were selected as EM group. Totally 64 patientswith hysteromyoma in our hospital at the same time were enrolled as control group. Endometrial tissues were collectedfrom two groups of patients. Munohistochemical technique was respectively used to detect the number of CD68 andCD163 positive cells in endometrium of EM group and control group, and the ratio of CD163/CD68 was calculated . Sta-tistical analysis was performed by the SPSS20.0 Software. Results The number of CD68 and CD163 positive cells inectopic and eutopic endometrium in EM group were significantly higher than that in control group; While the number ofCD163 positive cells in ectopic and eutopic endometrium in EM group were significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05). The ratio of CD163/CD68 in eutopic and ectopic endometrium of each stage in EM group was significantlyhigher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion There wereabnormal distribution of macrophages in eutopic and ectopic endometrium of EM patients, with the predominance of M2type macrophages.
