      标题:益生菌对肝硬化患者血清二胺氧化酶及内毒素水平的影响

      【摘要】 目的 探讨益生菌对肝硬化患者血清二胺氧化酶(DAO)及内毒素(ET)水平的影响。方法 选取2015年6月至2017年6月中山市南朗医院消化科收治的80例肝硬化患者为研究对象,根据随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组予以谷氨酰胺常规治疗,观察组给予谷氨酰胺联合益生菌治疗,两组均治疗14 d,治疗前后比较两组患者肝功能、肠道菌群菌落数、肠黏膜通透性相关指标以及细胞免疫功能指标的差异。结果 与对照组比较,观察组患者治疗后的Child-Pugh评分及血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、总胆红素(TBil)水平较低,肠道双歧杆菌、肠球菌、乳杆菌菌落数较高,酵母样真菌菌落数较低,血清DAO、ET、D-乳酸(D-lac)水平较低,血CD3+、CD4+T淋巴细胞、CD4+/CD8+水平较高,上述各项指标比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 益生菌能有效改善肝硬化患者的肝功能,调节肠道菌群,降低血清DAO、ET、D-lac水平,降低肠道通透性,提高细胞免疫功能,有利于肠道黏膜微生物屏障、机械屏障及免疫屏障功能的恢复。

      【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of probiotics on serum diamine oxidase (DAO) and endotoxin(ET) levels in patients with cirrhosis. Methods A total of 80 patients with cirrhosis treated in Department of Gastroen-terology, Zhongshan Nanlang Hospital from June 2015 to June 2017 were selected as research objects. According to therandom number table, the patients were divided into two groups: control group and observation group, with 40 patientsin each group. The control group received glutamine treatment, and the experiment group received probiotics combinedwith glutamine. The two groups were treated for 14 days. The levels of liver function, intestinal microflora count, relatedindexes of intestinal mucosal permeability and difference of cellular immune function index were compared before andafter treatment. Results After treatment, the Child-Pugh score and serum alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspartateaminotransferase (AST) and total bilirubin (TBil) in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the con-trol group (P<0.05). The number of intestinal bifidobacteria, enterococcus and lactobacillus in the observation groupwere significantly higher than those in control group, and the number of yeast-like fungi was significantly lower thanthat in control group (P<0.05). The levels of serum DAO, ET and D-lactic acid in the observation group were significant-ly lower than those in control group (P<0.05).
