      【摘要】 细胞色素P450 (CYP)是人体代谢外源性化学物质的关键酶,参与许多前致癌物的代谢活化。细胞色素P450 2A13 (CYP2A13)是CYP家族的重要成员,主要在肺、鼻黏膜、和气管等人呼吸道组织中表达,并且参与许多前致癌物的代谢活化。许多研究表明,CYP2A13具有基因多态现象,且与肿瘤发生密切相关。本文综述了近年来CYP2A13外源性化学物质代谢和其基因多态性研究,旨在为CYP2A13的深入研究提供参考。

Research progress on cytochrome P450 2A13 metabolic exogenous chemicals and its genetic polymorphism.

School of Pharmacy, Guizhou Medical University, Guiyang 550025, Guizhou, CHINA【Abstract】 The cytochrome P450 (CYP) enzymes are key enzymes in the metabolism of exogenous chemicalsand procarcinogens. Human CYP2A13, which is expressed in the respiratory tract, is one of the important members ofCYP family. Like other CYP450s, CYP2A13 is highly polymorphism. There is an association between the genetic varia-tion of CYP2A13 and cancer risk. In this paper, the research progress of cytochrome P450 2A13 were reviewed to pro-vide reference for the further research of CYP2A13.
