      标题:超声应变率比值法与BI-RADS分级法在乳腺肿块诊断中的应用

      【摘要】 目的 对比超声应变率比值法(USR)与BI-RADS分级诊断标准在乳腺肿块诊断中的应用价值。方法 选择广东省第二中医院 2015年 1月至 2017年 2月收治的乳腺肿块患者 192例,乳腺肿块 220个,术前分别给予 USR及 BI-RADS分级诊断,以术后病理结果为金标准计算两种方法对乳腺肿块诊断的灵敏度、特异度、准确性,并进行对比分析。结果 USR对乳腺肿块的诊断灵敏度、特异度、准确性分别为 99.1%、98.2%、98.6%,均明显高于BI-RADS分级诊断的85.2%、90.2%、87.7%,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 USR在乳腺肿块的诊断中具有较高的灵敏度、特异度和准确性,能够提供更多的客观信息,减少超声医师主观诊断因素影响,提高诊断的准确性。

【Abstract】 Objective To contrast the diagnosed value of ultrasonic strain ratio (USR) and the Breast ImagingReporting and Data System (BI-RADS) classification in the diagnosis of breast lumps. Methods A total of 192 patientswith 220 breast tumors, admitted to Guangdong Second Hospital of TCM from January 2015 to February 2017, werediagnosed by USR and BI-RADS classification before the surgery. The diagnostic sensitivity, diagnostic specificity, di-agnostic accuracy of the two methods were calculated and compared according to the gold standard of pathological di-agnosis after the surgery. Results The sensitivity, specificity, accuracy of USR were 99.1%, 98.2%, 98.6%, respec-tively, which were significantly higher than corresponding 85.2%, 90.2%, 87.7% in BI-RADS classification (P<0.05).Conclusion USR has higher sensitivity, specificity and accuracy in the diagnosis of breast masses, which can providemore objective information, and reduce the influence of subjective diagnostic factors of ultrasound doctors, so as to im-prove the accuracy of diagnosis.
