      标题:锌指蛋白家族在缺血性心脏病中的研究进展

      【摘要】 缺血性心脏病(IHD)是一种常见的慢性非传染性疾病,可导致心肌缺血,缺氧甚至坏死。IHD的治疗往往通过改善冠状动脉血流或者药物的使用,如抗血小板治疗等。锌指蛋白家族是脊椎动物动物中已知的存在最多的转录因子家族,它通常具有KRAB盒子和串联的C2H2型结构。这些蛋白涉及到了肿瘤的抑制、转化,细胞增殖、分化、凋亡等方面。目前越来越多与心脏发育和疾病相关的锌指蛋白被发现,如锌指蛋白(ZNF) 202、ZNF580、单核细胞趋化蛋白-1 (MCP-1)诱导的蛋白质(MCPIP)、CATA-4等,它们通过各种不同的通路在缺血性心肌病中对心肌起到保护作用。本文主要针对锌指蛋白家族在缺血性心脏病的相关研究进展进行综述。

Mechanism of hepatocyte growth factor in anti-renal fibrosis.

Medical College of ChinaThree Gorges University, Yichang 519000, Hubei, CHINA【Abstract】 Ischemic heart disease is a common chronic non-communicable disease that can lead to myocardialischemia, hypoxia or even necrosis. IHD treatment often improves coronary blood flow or drug use, such as antiplatelettherapy. The zinc finger protein family is the most abundant family of transcription factors known in vertebrate animalsand typically has a KRAB box and a tandem C2H2 type structure. These proteins are involved in tumor inhibition, trans-formation, cell proliferation, differentiation, and apoptosis. At present, more and more zinc-like proteins related to heartdevelopment and disease have been discovered, such as ZNF202, ZNF580, MCPIP, CATA-4, etc., which protect themyocardium in ischemic cardiomyopathy through various pathways. This paper focuses on the research progress of zincfinger protein family in ischemic heart disease.
