标题：血清同型半胱氨酸与胱抑素C检测在妊娠期高血压疾病中的应用价值

      【摘要】 目的 探讨血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy) 及胱抑素 C (Cys C)检测在妊娠期高血压疾病中的应用价值。方法 选择2016年3月至2017年4月期间上海市宝山区罗店医院收治的102例疾病超进展(HDP)患者为研究对象，其中妊娠期高血压患者50例纳入高血压组、子痫前期轻度患者37例纳入轻度组、子痫前期重度患者15例纳入重度组，另随机选择同期60例健康妊娠产妇纳入对照组，比较不同组别受检者的血清Hcy及Cys-C水平。结果 HDP组患者的血清Hcy及Cys C分别为(21.12±6.43) μmol/L、(1.95±0.78) mg/L，明显高于对照组的(9.83±3.05) μmol/L、(0.82±0.39) mg/L，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)；高血压组、轻度组和重度组患者的血清Hcy、Cys C水平分别为(16.95±4.23) μmol/L、(1.57±0.53) mg/L，(19.54±5.16) μmol/L、(1.86±0.71) mg/L和(24.42±7.03) μmol/L、(2.16±1.05) mg/L，Hcy、Cys C水平均随着病情的加重逐渐升高，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 联合检测血清Hcy及Cys C水平对监测妊娠期高血压疾病的发生及病情严重程度具有重要的临床价值。

Clinical value of serum homocysteine and cystatin C in hypertensive disease of pregnancy.

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the value of serum homocysteine (Hcy) and cystatin C (Cys-C) in hyper-tensive disorder of pregnancy (HDP). Methods A total of 102 cases of HDP patients, who admitted to Luodian Hospi-tal of Shanghai Baoshan District from March 2016 to April 2017, were selected as the research subjects, of which 50 cas-es with gestational hypertension were chosen as the hypertension group, 37 cases with mild preeclampsia were includedinto the mild group, 15 cases with severe preeclampsia were enrolled into the severe group. At the same period, another60 cases of healthy pregnant women were randomly selected as the control group. Serum Hcy and Cys-C Levels in differ-ent groups were compared. Results In the HDP patients, serum Hcy and Cys-C respectively were (21.12±6.43) μmol/L,(1.95±0.78) mg/L, which were significantly higher than corresponding (9.83±3.05) μmol/L and (0.82±0.39) mg/L inthe control group (P<0.05). In the HDP patients, serum Hcy and Cys-C levels in the hypertension group, mild groupand severe group were (16.95±4.23) μmol/L, (1.57±0.53) mg/L, (19.54±5.16) μmol/L and (1.86±0.71) mg/L, (24.42±7.03) μmol/L, (2.16±1.05) mg/L, which increased step by step, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Combined detection of serum Hcy and Cys-C has important clinical significance in monitoring theoccur and severity of hypertensive disorder of pregnancy.
