标题：癌痛患者生存质量症状领域影响因素分析

      【摘要】 目的 调查癌痛患者生存质量中症状领域的影响因素。方法 采用便利抽样的方法，选取 2016年2~9月在泸州市两所三甲医院肿瘤科住院的200例癌痛患者进行问卷调查，调查内容包括：一般资料调查表、疼痛程度量表、癌痛自我效能感量表、癌症患者生存质量量表，采用多元线性回归分析生存质量症状领域的影响因素。结果 多元线性回归分析结果显示，生存质量中疲乏症状的影响因素为最近24 h内疼痛的平均程度、症状应对自我效能感、躯体功能自我效能感和年龄(P<0.01)；生存质量中疼痛症状的影响因素为最近 24 h内疼痛最轻微的程度、最近24 h内疼痛的平均程度、现在的疼痛程度、生病后体育锻炼情况、症状应对自我效能感和年龄(P<0.01)；生存质量中恶心呕吐症状的影响因素为最近 24 h内疼痛的平均程度、生病后体育锻炼情况和躯体功能自我效能感(P<0.01)；生存质量中呼吸困难症状的影响因素为肿瘤有无转移、性别、躯体功能自我效能感、症状应对自我效能感和年龄(P<0.01)；生存质量中睡眠障碍症状的影响因素为现在的疼痛程度、最近24 h内疼痛的平均程度、最近24 h内疼痛最轻微的程度、生病前体育锻炼情况、乳腺癌、症状应对自我效能感和年龄(P<0.01)；生存质量中食欲丧失症状的影响因素为性别、现在的疼痛程度、家庭经济状况、症状应对自我效能感和躯体功能自我效能感(P<0.01)；生存质量中便秘症状的影响因素为现在的疼痛程度、躯体功能自我效能感(P<0.01)；生存质量中经济困难的影响因素为家庭经济状况、性别、最近24 h内疼痛的平均程度、生病后体育锻炼情况和年龄(P<0.01)。结论 癌痛患者生存质量的症状领域受多种不同因素的影响，应根据不同癌痛患者的特点，开展有针对性的干预措施以提高其生存质量。

Influencing factors of symptom items item in quality of life in patients with cancer pain.

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate influencing factors of symptom items in quality of life in patients withcancer pain. Methods From February to September in 2016, a total of 200 inpatients with cancer pain who were recruit-ed for questionnaire survey by convenience sampling from the Department of Oncology of two third-grade class A hospi-tals in Luzhou. Survey included the self-made general social demographic questionnaire, brief pain scale, cancer painself-efficacy scale, and the quality of life scale for cancer patients. Influencing factors in symptom items of quality of lifewere used by multivariate linear regression analysis. Results Multiple linear regression analysis showed that the influ-encing factors for the Fatigue in quality of life were the average pain score within the last 24 hours, self-efficacy forphysical function, self-efficacy for coping with symptom, and age (P<0.01); The influencing factors for the Pain in quali-ty of life were the slightest pain score within the last 24 hours, average pain score within the last 24 hours, the currentpain score, the activity condition after ill, self-efficacy for coping with symptom, and age (P<0.01); The influencing fac-tors for the Nausea/Vomitting in quality of life were the average pain score within the last 24 hours, the activity conditionafter ill, and self-efficacy for physical function (P<0.01); The influencing factors for the Dyspnoea in quality of life weretumor distant metastasis, gender, self-efficacy for physical function, self-efficacy for coping with symptom, and age (P<0.01); The influencing factors for the Insomnia in quality of life were the current pain score, the average pain score withinthe last 24 hours, the slightest pain score within the last 24 hours, the activity condition before ill, breast cancer, self-effica-cy for coping with symptom, and age (P<0.01); The influencing factors for the Appetite loss in quality of life were gender,current pain score, family economic status, self-efficacy for physical function, and self-efficacy for coping with symptom(P<0.01); The influencing factors for the Constipation in quality of life were the current pain score and self-efficacy forphysical function (P<0.01); The influencing factors for the Financial difficulties were family economic status, gender, aver-age pain score within the last 24 hours, the activity condition after ill, and age (P<0.01). Conclusion The symptom itemsin quality of life of patients with cancer pain is influenced by many different factors. Intervention measures, to improvethe quality of life for the patients with cancer pain, need to be carried out according to the characteristics of patients.
