标题：穴位埋线结合康复训练治疗脑卒中后肩手综合征疗效观察

      【摘要】 目的 探讨穴位埋线结合康复训练治疗脑卒中后肩手综合征(SHS)的临床疗效。方法 选择湛江市第二中医医院针灸康复科2016年1~10月期间收治的82例脑卒中后SHS患者为研究对象，根据随机数表法将其分为观察组和对照组，每组41例，对照组予常规康复训练联合针灸治疗，观察组予常规康复训练联合穴位埋线治疗，两组患者疗程均为30 d。分别于治疗前后采用肩关节疼痛程度(VAS评分)、上肢运动功能(FMA)、日常生活活动能力(Barthel指数)量表评分的方法，并比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果 观察组患者的治疗总有效率为95.12%，明显高于对照组的80.48%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；治疗后，观察组患者的VAS评分为(2.5±0.8)分，明显低于对照组的(3.2±1.1)分，FMA与Barthel指数分别为(48.2±8.5)分和(71.0±16.3)分，明显高于对照组的(34.6±5.3)分和(64.1±14.2)分，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 穴位埋线联合康复训练治疗脑卒中后SHS可以明显减轻患者的肩关节疼痛，改善肢体运动功能并提高日常生活活动能力。

Curative effect of acupoint catgut embedding combined with rehabilitation training in the treatment ofshoulder-hand syndrome after stroke.

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the curative effect of acupoint catgut embedding combined with rehabilita-tion training on shoulder-hand syndrome (SHS) after stroke. Methods A total of 82 patients with SHS after stroke whowere treated in Department of Acupuncture Rehabilitation in the Second Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine ofZhanjiang were selected as the research subjects. All patients were randomly divided into observation group (n=41) andcontrol group (n=41) according to random number table. The control group were treated with rehabilitation training com-bined with acupuncture, and the observation group received routine rehabilitation training combined with acupoint catgutembedding. The course of treatment in both two groups was 30 days. Before and after treatment, the pain degree ofshoulder joint, upper limb motor function, activities of daily living were respectively evaluated by Visual AnalogueScales (VAS), Simplified Fugl-Meyer scale (FMA), Barthel index, and the therapeutic effects of the two groups werecompared. Results The total effective rate was 95.12% in the observation group, which was significantly higher than80.48% that in the control group, P<0.05. After treatment, the VAS score of the observation group was (2.5±0.8), whichwas significantly lower than (3.2±1.1) of the control group. However, FMA and Barthel index in observation group wererespectively (48.2±8.5), (71.0±16.3), which were significantly higher than (34.6±5.3), (64.1±14.2) of the control group,P<0.05. Conclusion Acupoint catgut embedding combined with rehabilitation training in the treatment of shoul-der-hand syndrome after stroke can significantly relieve the pain of shoulder joint, and improve limb motor function andthe ability of daily living.
