      标题:Foxm1蛋白表达与人类宫颈癌的相关性

      【摘要】 目的 探究叉头转录因子(Foxm1)蛋白表达与人类宫颈癌的相关性。方法 收集2008年7月至2014年6月在公安县人民医院进行诊治的16例子宫良性病变患者和87例宫颈癌患者的临床资料,对其留存的蜡块标本进行切片取样,采用SP法检测癌变宫颈组织和正常宫颈组织中的Foxm1蛋白表达,分析Foxm1蛋白表达与宫颈癌的相关性。结果 癌变宫颈组织的Foxm1蛋白阳性表达率为75.86%,明显高于正常宫颈组织的12.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Foxm1蛋白阳性表达率在FIGO分期、分化程度以及浸润程度方面比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),在年龄大小、有无淋巴转移等方面比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);Foxm1蛋白表达呈阳性的患者的5年生存率为45.45%,明显低于呈阴性患者的71.43%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 Foxm1在正常宫颈和癌变宫颈中均有所表达,在宫颈癌细胞的异常增殖、侵袭上能够发挥协同作用。Foxm1蛋白表达与宫颈癌发生、发展密切相关,可将其作为早期诊断宫颈癌的一种分子标志物。

      【Abstract】 Objective To study the relationship between the expression of Foxm1 protein and human cervicalcancer. Methods From July 2008 to June 2014, the data of 16 cases with uterine benign lesions and 87 cases with cervi-cal cancer in the People's Hospital of Gongan County were collected. The preserved paraffin specimens were sectioned.The expression of Foxm1 protein in cancerous cervical tissue and normal cervical tissue were tested by streptavidin-bio-tin-peroxidase staining technique (SP), and the relationship between the expression of Foxm1 protein and human cervi-cal cancer was analyzed. Results The positive expression rate of Foxm1 protein in cancerous cervical tissue was75.86%, which was significantly higher than 12.50% in normal cervical tissue (P<0.05). The positive expression rate ofFoxm1 protein showed significant differences in FIGO stage, differentiation degree and infiltration degree (P<0.05), andthere was no significant difference in age, lymph node metastasis (P>0.05). The 5-year survival rate of patients with thepositive expression of Foxm1 was 45.45%, which was significantly lower than 71.43% of negative expression patients,and the median survival was (62.81±3.06) months in patients with the positive expression of Foxm1 versus (70.46±3.81)months in patients with negative expression (P<0.05). Conclusion Foxm1 is expressed in normal cervix and cervicalcancer, and can play a synergistic role in abnormal proliferation and invasion of cervical cancer cells. The expression ofFoxm1 protein is closely related to the occurrence and development of cervical cancer. It can be used as a molecularmarker for early diagnosis of cervical cancer.
