      【摘要】 脊髓损伤(SCI)的临床治疗主要以手术结合免疫治疗为主，但是往往不能收到良好的效果。干细胞能发挥神经保护和促进神经再生的特点，因而近年干细胞治疗SCI成为研究的热点之一，并在基础和临床研究中均获取得一定的进展。本文就嗅鞘细胞和间质干细胞用于治疗SCI的研究做一简要综述。

Role of olfactory ensheathing cells and mesenchymal stem cells in treating spinal cord injuries.

Stem cells can play an important role in neuroprotection and nerve regenera-tion. Therefore, stem cell therapy for SCI has become one of the focuses in recent years, and has made some progress inbasic and clinical research. In this paper, we will make a brief review of the research on the treatment of SCI through ol-factory ensheathing cells and mesenchymal stem cells.
