      标题:丹红提取物对移植血管内膜增生的影响

      【摘要】 目的 观察丹红提取物对自体移植静脉内膜增生的影响,从病理学角度探讨其有效性。方法 选择20只Wistar大鼠,分为实验组和对照组,各 10只,均在全麻下取自体颈静脉,移植于腹主动脉之间,吻合口周围Pluronic凝胶涂布,实验组凝胶中富含丹红提取物,对照组凝胶中无药物。术后两周处死动物,取出移植静脉,行常规病理学检查和免疫组织化学检查,测量吻合口内膜厚度、管腔狭窄度,检测内膜平滑肌细胞(VSMC)数及PCNA阳性表达数。结果 实验组和对照组移植血管内膜厚度分别为(18.38±2.19) μm、(24.04±1.95) μm,管腔狭窄度分别为(17.44±2.55)%、(21.62±1.53)%,VSMC数分别为(16.48±0.99)%、(22.71±1.54)%,PCNA阳性表达分别为(26.20±3.89)%、(43.50±6.97)%,两组以上指标比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 丹红提取物具有抑制移植血管内膜增生的作用,有可能成为阻止移植静脉再狭窄的防治方法之一。

      【Abstract】 Objective To observe the influence of Danhong extract on the intimal hyperplasia of autotrans-planted veins and to explore its effectiveness from the point of pathology. Methods Twenty Wistar rats were dividedinto experimental group (n=10) and control group (n=10). Jugular vein was taken under general anesthesia and trans-planted between the abdominal aortas. The Pluronic gel was coated surrounding the anastomotic stoma. The Pluronicgel was rich in Danhong extract in the experimental group, while the Pluronic gel didn't contain danhong extract in thecontrol group. The rats were killed in two weeks and the transplanted veins were taken out for routine pathologic andimmunohistochemical examination. The intimal thickness of the anastomotic stoma (IH), stenosis degree of vascularlumen (DR), the count of vascular intima smooth muscle cell (VSMC) and the positive expression number of prolifera-tion cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) were detected. Results The IH, DR, VSMC and PCNA in the experimental groupand control group were (18.38±2.19) μm and (24.04±1.95) μm , (17.44±2.55)% and (21.62±1.53)%, (16.48±0.99)%and (22.71±1.54)%, (26.20±3.89)% and (43.50±6.97)% respectively, and the differences were significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Danhong extract could inhibit intimal hyperlasia of the veins and might be one of the therapeutic method toprevent restenosis of transplanted veins.
