标题：门诊皮肤性疾病调查研究及其用药特点分析

      【摘要】 目的 开展门诊皮肤病调查研究，对皮肤疾病的用药进行分析总结，为更好地防病治病和科研提供数据参考。方法 运用流行病学方法，通过对医院皮肤科2016年全年门诊处方信息进行汇总，对其中的疾病诊断信息和用药进行了调查研究。结果 就诊患者的疾病诊断的统计分析，可以看出皮肤病门诊就诊患者以皮炎、湿疹、痤疮、荨麻疹和癣为多，分别占全年就诊患者例数的21.94%、18.78%、11.25%、10.40%和10.11%。结论 门诊皮肤病以诊治皮炎、湿疹、痤疮、荨麻疹和癣为主，医务人员应根据这些特点，不断提高防病治病水平。

Investigation of skin diseases in outpatient department and analysis of medication characteristics.

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the skin diseases in outpatient department, and to analyze and summarizethe medication characteristics, so as to provide reference for better disease prevention, treatment and scientific research.Methods Epidemiological methods were adopted to collect information about outpatient prescriptions in the Depart-ment of Dermatology in 2016, and the disease diagnosis information and medication were investigated. Results Statis-tical analysis showed that dermatitis, eczema, acne, urticaria and tinea were the most common skin diseases in outpatientdepartment, which respectively accounted for 21.94%, 18.78%, 11.25%, 10.40% and 10.11%. Conclusion Dermatitis,eczema, acne, urticaria and tinea are the most common skin diseases in outpatient department, which should be paid at-tention to.
