标题：早产儿视网膜病的相关影响因素及护理干预

      【摘要】 目的 探讨早产儿视网膜病(ROP)的相关影响因素，总结护理干预措施。方法 选择2016年2~10月我院新生儿科收治的ROP患儿56例为研究对象，另选择56例未合并ROP的早产儿纳入对照组，比较两组早产儿临床资料的差异，总结ROP的有效护理措施。结果 单因素分析显示，胎龄、出生体质量、吸氧时间、输血、呼吸窘迫综合征(RDS)、应用肺表面活性物质(PS)与ROP的发生有关，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)；而性别、多胎妊娠、呼吸暂停、宫内窘迫、分娩方式等因素与 ROP的发生无关(P>0.05)。结论 胎龄、出生体质量、吸氧时间、输血、RDS、应用 PS与ROP的发生有关，临床上应重视对ROP患儿的护理，以改善患儿预后。

Related factors and nursing intervention of retinopathy of prematurity.

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the related influencing factors of retinopathy of prematurity (ROP) andsummarize the nursing intervention measures. Methods A total of 56 premature infants with ROP enrolled in our hospi-tal from February 2016 to to October 2016 was selected as the study group, and 56 cases of premature infants withoutROP were included into the control group. The differences of clinical data between the two groups were compared, andthe nursing intervention measures were summarized. Results The univariate analysis showed that gestational age, birthweight, oxygen inhalation time, blood transfusion, respiratory distress sydrome (RDS), the application of sulmonary sur-factant (PS) were related to ROP, and the differences were statistically significant (all P<0.05). And the factors such asgender, multiple pregnancy, apnea, fetal distress and the mode of delivery had nothing to do with ROP (all P>0.05).Conclusion Gestational age, birth weight, oxygen inhalation time, blood transfusion, RDS and the use of PS are relat-ed to ROP, and clinical attention should be paid to the care of ROP infants in order to improve the prognosis.
